Dear All,
My grandma had her birthday today (1929) and my grandpa (1929) told about his publishing time.
Atm I have found a lot of references to his work, but not his work itself, do you gents have suggestions how I can find it?
'"Keyser, R" and "Arnoldus W.", Strength Calculation of Marine Propellers, International Shipbuilding Progress, 1957 or 1959 (source references differ).
Maybe someone knows of a library that has a collection with " International Shipbuilding Progress" as archived title?
Google is my best friend already, but I dead end on references mostly.
Thx in advance.

I found an entry for the journal International Shipbuilding Progress in the U.S. Library of Congress's catalog. A search didn't get any results for the specific articles though. The site has an Ask a Librarian service, maybe someone can help. Good luck! |

Hi, I can't understand why this should be difficult, especially since you've gathered the necessary information. Many institutions have now digitalised their libraries - particularly the pre-1980s material.
I'll ask over here in the UK (I'm London, but we did have a glorious shipbuilding history in Britain at one time...). Not everything is on the internet, I guess.
There may be a cost involved, but from your enthusiasm and clear affection for your grandparents and the task you've set yourself, I'm sure that won't be onerous. I'll let you know if I turn anything up. Otherwise, Good Luck! |

Thx for your effort. I noticed its "Klaassen" btw. Some costs to get it would not be an issue.
