well its persistant.
i cannot undock i cannot open fitting window i cannot leave my ship i cannot open character sheet
just before this happened i removed t1 gyros from ship and replaced with t2. the fittings window showed that i had massive amounts of pg and cpu left which i though was odd
i undocked and the modules i equipped had not registered becuase they did not show i redocked and attempted to open fittings window and found that i cannot
please help
also this only affects my main character lucian skord
my other chaarcter on the same acc works just fine |

Launch the game and try to do the things you listed above. Then, press F12 and click "Report Bug," fill out the form, and submit a bug report.
If you cannot do this, in the launcher, open the launcher menu and choose "Start LogLite." Then launch the game and do the same, and open a bug report here.
Once you've filed a bug report through one of these two methods, post your EBR number here, and also open a support ticket at this site.
I'll follow up to take a look at the EBR to see if there's anything obvious in the logs that might indicate what's wrong. The support ticket is to get help with anything you can try to get your character out of that state.

I am having the same problem. I was logged in and then undocked and my game crashed. The launcher won't launch the game at all anymore for the last 30mins. |

that doesn't sound like this same problem, since he can log in to the game, try refreshing launcher and if it doesn't work, then restart it (or restart it without reloading), you may also try to remove your account from the launcher and add it again |

its not the same problem at all.
anyway this problem fixed itself for a few hours and now its back again. the only constant is that it happened just after i applied skills bought from a skill injector

As I said, happy to look into this but I really need a bug report with logs to do so.

I found your bug report, which included logs because you sent it in-game. Looks like there's some info to work with there. Thanks for taking the time to report it!
If the problem does not appear to resolve itself and you're anxious to resume playing on the character, consider opening a "stuck" support ticket here and be sure to mention your bug report by EBR number. (It's EBR-112175.) A GM may have some means to resolve the issue.

I am also having undock issues for the last 2-3 days on this character, with the same additional bugs noted by OP except I can open my character sheet.
I have 2 bug report tickets, and a Customer Support ticket (recommended from closure of first bug ticket)
Bug Report Tickets: EBR-117076 EBR-117312
Customer Supprt Ticket: 404301
Even though EBR-117076 is listed as closed, I believe the failed/overdue contract bugged out, which messed up my jump clone when I went to check if the items were truly missing (they were and are), forcing me to relog for the JC to take effect. That's why it's included in this post. |
