i see some people talking about nullification in the bubble change thread and so i'm going to drop my 2 cents here in a better forum:
I think that t3's that have nullification are to strong at the moment.. i would like to see the nullification subsystem give a 50-80% reduction in damage for having it fitted... in return i would like to see it get a 10-15% per level increase in agility... so you can align faster. I also think any t3 that has the nullification subsystem on it should be unable to fit or light a cyno or entosis mod.
So its a trade off.. you can travel around but your pvp ability is gone.
interceptors i do think kind of break this, they can tackle, light cynos, do a good amount of damage and in packs are very hard to stop.
So what i suggest is having CCP release a blueprint for 2 variants of the leopard shuttle.
New variants would be the following:
Tech 1 version:
1.5 second base align time, the same warp speed as the current leopard shuttle.. about 80m3 cargo space and it should get 3 rig slots. so that people can decrease the align time more or increase warp speed.. and of course be immune from all bubbles.
it should also have a 90% reduction in jump fatigue
No lows, Meds or high slots.
Build cost should be around 40-50 million. (in the same ball park a travel fit cepter currently costs)
Tech 2 Version:
Its pretty much the same as a above but with a few extra's.
Cargo size increased to 140m3, Hit points increased to destroyer levels from Frig levels and im thinking 40-50% resist across shields/armor/hull
But the big boost would be to allow it to go through black ops bridges.. this allows for a very flexible travel ship.
Again, no slots of any type, so it has no offensive ability and if you catch it, it dies to pretty much anything
Build cost for this about 100 million, maybe 125 million.
So you have a very strong travel ship but you have to pay for it
I think this would be a good balance... the only things with the ability to get passed bubbles are t3 cruisers that can't force project or do any real damage and an expensive glorified shuttle modified for travel.

didn't one of the CSM but up a thread for feedback on this? go post there rather than making this redundant post.
not only do redundant posts make it harder for new ideas to be found but it splits up the conversation and more things are simple repeated and nothing is gained
T3 already get a tank or damage reduction for fitting this mod
removing cynos from them defeat one of their main uses and does nothing but make ratters safer. it tips the scales heavily in favor of a risk averse defender. Why you ask? because a nullified T3 is the only ship that can make it past bubbles AND light a cyno in a system with a jammer.
as to adding agility thats just dumb as you need the time to be able to de-cloak one of these during its alignment or there is no way of catching it. there is a reason this subsystem generally has poorer agility than its alternatives.
as for interceptors they are very easy to stop with a simple smart bomb camp or a gang of DDs
in sort not only does your post show a lack of forum edict but a blatant lack of understanding game mechanics. to be honest reading this you don't even sound like some one who spends much time dealing with this issue

You already sacrifice for nullification. All the other propulsion subsystems give a low slot, and the agility bonus isn't particularly useful in a fight. I see no reason why you should gimp a T3 that much for the ability to warp out of a bubble.
I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

^^ This. T3Cs are one of the funnest and most interesting ships in the game, why would you want to send it the way of the ishtar (or the drake for that matter). |

Don't be confused t3s need to be hit with a nerf bat so hard they forget their own subsystems
