Found I had the minerals to produce the item, figured out how to manufacture it and have severalof the items. Now how the hell do you place it up for sale in the market place?
The helping head is not much help because I can't find the proper screen she keeps calling for.
Any help would be appreciated.

Right-click the item you want to sell, and goto "Sell this item". You'll then see a box filled in with the best buy order you can fulfil where you are. If you want to create a sell order of your own, simply change your asking price to whatever you want.
I think that's what you were after...

Disregard this last note, sell above the rest and let the location work for you, if it's a good spot it'll sell above average, if not then keep looking, no need to settle for less.

Also, the item must be in the station hanger, not in your ship's hold.

You can't sell a BPO that has been researched on the normal market. You can see if it is researched by looking if it has Production Efficicency or Material Efficiancy at any level higher than 0. Your only options then are direct trade or contracts.

what BPO is it? the so-called 'tech II' BPQs are worthless, and produced en-masse by NPCs far cheaper than you could ever hope to sell them for and turn a profit. Waste of your time and iskies tbh. But because i collect them i'll happily give you a couple of million isk for it.
pop it on contract to me in empire tonight, if you like.

I collect them, too, but I pay slightly more than ry ry. And I offer free tutorials on how to sell stuff on market for all of my valued t2 BPO suppliers.

i am pretty sure you are unable to sell an *unresearched* BPO on the market once it has been used AT ALL, even if just to manufacture once. ~~~~ ~~~~ ~~~~ Take away the risk and it would make flying around in space utterly pointless.
Take away the flying around part and you make EVE into a space themed spreadsheet application.

Yup, BPOs are NRFB items ...Never Remove From the Box...
If you so much as sneeze in the general direction of a BPO (for instance, getting a build quote but NOT actually building any items), it turns from a generic "packaged"/stackable item into an instanced/"unpackaged" item that can't be sold on the market. _ MySkills | Module/Rig stacknerfing explained |
