APEX Unlimited is pleased to announce the formation of the APEX Conglomerate.
In just a little over one year of operation, APEX has continued to grow and develop far beyond what was originally expected. In addition, the corporation has recently hit a significant growth spurt in both manpower and economic assets. Accompanied by mergers with Kanpuu and Tsurokigaarai and the formation of close business ties with Challenger Logistics, this has created the ability and necessity to establish the APEX Conglomerate to further the goals and profit-making endeavors that only a CONCORD sanctioned alliance can pursue.
The Conglomerate is aligned with, and serves, the Caldari State and its interests. It is based on a meritocratic megacorporation model and has no paramilitary interests or a current interest in making territorial claims.
The APEX Conglomerate will continue to focus on cutting edge research and development, and will abide by all previous commitments made by APEX Unlimited and its current allies and subsidiaries.

Yes, because we all know any Caldari-made alliance must be the exact same thing as any other Caldari alliance, past, present, or future.
By your grand logic, KD was simply TKI 2.0 then.

Congratulations Vendrin, Gorion and co.
A shame there are those who can't help but make unfair and unreasonable comparisons to what is past, I think everyone is entitled to a fair go and a fresh start.
I am sure you agree that many assumptions of the past are unfounded and should not be used as a base to judge what is new.
I have been busy on a long and grueling ground campaign so have not been keeping as up to date on current affairs as I would have liked.
And I have little by way of logisitcal reasources these days as much of it was auctioned off to fund the campaign but what I do have is a large veteran army of marines an heavy infantry not to mention a small but high tech fleet of warships avaliable and I may be in touch soon to see what, if any oppotunities a mutual arrangement may provide.

Seems to me to be more of a statement designed to give the capsuleer community at large a clear picture of the current operating policy of the Conglomerate, though a senior officer will have to confirm it as such.
