What about doing post-match interviews with the teams during the finals? When watching the tournament on the CCP twitch live stream over the last years, I always liked the commentator's match analysis. However, this somehow felt incomplete, as there was no feedback from the teams themselves at that point.
My proposal is to introduce post-match interviews to the finals, like it is usually happening at sports events. Every team should have to nominate a spokesperson to be available via e.g. Skype, at least with audio. After the matches, the commentators should get the possibility to contact them within a defined time window to address some questions. |

There's absolutely no time whatsoever for the players in the final series to give interviews between matches and there's also no reason beyond misinformation that you would be answering questions at that point anyway. |

Lucas has a point. Winning AT relies heavily on misdirection and counter-information compared to any conventional sport. Even after fact interviews often contribute to this on the basis the teams involved will meet again the following year.
On the other hand, some teams care less about winning and more about taking part, and would love to be involved in talking about their experience and how their matches played out. Hearing from those captains would be really great and might inspire more players to take part in the future. |

This is incredibly important for me as a new player - so often we are focusing on the big winners who are playing the meta so well that we can get so intimidated from jumping into things like thisl
Hearing immediately that people had a great time, what they learned would REALLY do a lot to encourage newbros like myself. |
