The SPCS investigation into the escape of a Minmatar slave and several children has uncovered rumors of a slave escape ring operating out of an Amarrian station near the Bleaklands. While the rumors are yet to be confirmed preliminary evidence has pointed to a connection between this traitorous escape ring and the Minmatar corporation Rho Dynamics.
The corporation Rho Dynamics recently published a news release indicating they had recently joined the Electus Matari alliance ( RHO DYNAMICS PRESS RELEASE ) whch we consider an important fact should it be true that they are involved in this slave abduction ring.
Given recent publicized positions of the Electus Matari relating to the ceasefire with the Ammatar people ( CEASEFIRE ) one has to wonder how serious they are about peace. Would a group like the Electus Matari really seek peace if they were working to undermine the Enlightenment opportunties of Minmatar slaves held legally by the Amarr Empire?
While we have yet to verify these rumors we do have an Ammatar station officer in custody and he is undergoing "confessional interogation" at an secure location. Once he reveals his plans we will have further announcements.
To the Electus Matari. If you value peace and these rumors are true you should consider yourselves warned that you are being watched and end your corrupt illegal activities. If they are not correct you have nothing to fear. While the SPCS has no military arm being a peaceful charitable organization the works of the SPCS are watched and supported by many.

Last time I looked, Rho Dynamics was not a Minmatar corporation, due to it's origins as a Gallente registered corp, and it's current ceo is Amarr. So you appear to be wrong.
When you have something better than 'rumors' let us know. I will await to hear some facts, and I don't mean the vitoc induced recantings of an Ammatar station officer.
Speaking of whom, I will certainly be interested in knowing the condition and disposition of said officer after you're done with his 'confessional interrogation' to 'reveal his plans'.
I'm sure you realize, your statements show you already believe him guilty of what you only know as rumors. So I can say with certainty, your mind will find his 'confession' sufficient to support your claims.

I am very concerned about these rumors of trechery by the Electus Matari. While feigning "peace" on one hand these loyalists of a primitive Republic would seem to be ploting deception and evil behind the backs of the honorable Ammatar who would make peace with them.
I encourage the Ammatar to be on their guard for these heathens are devious and destructive.

I am pleased to report the interogation of the traitor has concluded and we have obtained valuable information not only relating to the escaped slave Tavok but also to plans for other escape operations. SPCS security officers along with the assistance of an unnamed Amarrian organization were able to move just in time to prevent another escape from Ashab and those guilty of the attempt have already been tried and found guilty of their crimes.
Currently the SPCS is notifying Amarrian officials and requesting a roundup of other traitors we've been told of for trial and punishment. We regret the traitor we interogated has suffered from a medical condition and currently is unable to be transported due to his ongoing "treatment". Rest assured as soon as he is able to travel we will turn him over to Ammatar officials who I am sure are eagar to get on with his trial and execution.
Justice swift but firm is the Amarrian way. We will not let the criminal acts of a few stop the Godly work of the SPCS as we work to save the Minmatar race.

We will search our space for these miscreants. I respectfully ask the Electus Matari to not accentuate the volatility of the current situation by enforcing a military presence in the Mandate.

I am troubled by these accusations. If they come out to be true, and Rho is involved, and there is direct involvement of EM, then I foresee a grimm future in our relationships with EM.
I am not speaking on behalf of Delictum but as a Minister and as spiritual guide to thousands of faithful Ammatar families. They will want our government, and our paramilitary groups wich they support, to have nothing to do with terrorists.
This is about terrorism, espionage, and sabotage. I hope for EM's sake and for our relationship with their allies and supposed supporters that they are not involved. It would be a shame that things go sour at this junction. Progress cannot be made with those that are willing to violate our Imperial rules.
We can achieve great things together. Our guidance will be of great help to the Minmatar. It will mean the future liberation of all Minmatar. We can show them the way. And they can receive what they have hoped for. It is together or never. Your call.

If any individual actively working aganist the slave trade requires sanctuary due to fear of their apprehension, or a place to accomodate those liberated from beneath the Imperial fist, they may contact Veto Corp at their discression.
