Today my skill training queue stopped for no apparent reason 3 times (2x on alt, 1x on this char)! I was logged in the whole time, but the character sheet was never open when it stopped, so i didnt stop it myself by accident. I only noticed it because the character sheet icon was flashing (like when you change skill queue).
Fix this ASAP please, i dont want to waste training time while logged off. |

Same issue on 4 accounts for me. I have submitted tickets and would encourage others to do the same.

This happened on two of my accounts. Those accounts came up for auto-pay today. I suspect this is a side effect to the "ghost" training resolution recently. Could CCP bill out a couple of hours earlier on auto-pay or at least wait till downtime to kill training? I don't know. Still, I would like the lost SP on those two recurring accounts, please and thank you. |

The same thing appears to have happened to me on 5 accounts. I'm at work and I can't restart them for a long time =/. It's going to be a blast submitting 5 tickets... so close to h.drones V. |

Mine just stopped according to my ccp eve app. After my last skill completed it went for about 5 minutes then my subsequent queue paused and now it says I have no skills in queue. |

I just happened to be checking eve online news 24 website and saw this:

I immediately logged into the game and found my queue had paused. This was an hour ago. |

Also, if you are using multiple training certs it paused all of the characters on the account not just the main. You will have to log on each one to restart it. Very annoying. |

At this stage, unfortunately, I can't confirm how we will proceed, but in any case please submit a ticket. Too much data is never too bad:) And, of course, keep an eye on the forum and the news. |

I just canceled 19 accounts, so CCP lost $2,508 per year until they reimburse this. They better think a little more about the kind of behind the scenes stuff they do and how it effects (affects? I'm and engineer) paying customers before they do this kind of crap. |

Drama Queen lol Quiting because of a few hours lost SP lol it's the principle, sad some people don't get it people pay subscription for 30 days a month, not 29, and getting screwed on your own money is one of the worst you can get on these games not reimbursing ALL lost skill points will lead to more people leaving the game, which eve can't really afford right now, buy hey, with the latest changes in the game, eve going the way wow went years ago(greed way), i wouldn't be surprised we wouldn't get anything back imagine those who don't log in days or weeks, losing all the training also, gotta love how the launcher is filled and only used to promote own ****, make more money, or the in game announces to get more viewers for their lousy twitch show, god forbid they use them for something actually important like this |

Nothing is decided yet or anything, but there always that one drama queen. Damn, than quit already if its that bad. |

We'll do our best to take all the affected characters into account, but if you are still missing any SP after the initial reimbursement, please update your original reimbursement ticket or submit a new one if you haven't done that yet, and our crew will help you out as soon as possible. |

All my accounts where affected, omega and alpha over last 12h. Some i started training again just to wake up and have training queue paused again.
