I have had enough. I don't care that EVE is a PvP game. I don't care about highsec, lowsec, or whatever-the-****-sec. I have lost the fifth hauler this week and I HAVE HAD IT. I don't care that 'undocking is consent to PvP' I DO NOT ******* CONSENT TO PVP. I AM AN INDUSTRIALIST AND I WANT YOU TO LEAVE MY ******* SHIP AND CARGO ALONE.
If your response is going to be "herp derp EVE is a PvP game" SHUT UP I DON'T CARE. If this is supposed to be a purely PvP game, then WHY HAVE INDUSTRIAL MECHANICS IN THE FIRST PLACE? To just put non-PvP players under stress and upset them with constant losses? I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT, I JUST WANT TO GET STUFF FROM A TO B AND I AM SICK OF LOSING SHIPS NO MATTER WHAT FITS I USE. And you can shut up with "blah blah risk" too, because I'm sick of assholes taking the ore or commodities I WORKED FOR just so you can put another notch on your stupid ******* killboards and circlejerk about it with your stupid ******* alliance. I AM TIRED OF LOSING SHIPS AND I WANT IT TO STOP. LEAVE MY HAULERS ALONE YOU **** HOLES. LEAVE MY **** ALONE.
"hep derp salty tears" YOU CAN SHUT UP TOO, **** KNUCKLE. Log off, bust up your modem with a hammer, eat it, then go burn ants with a magnifying glass or torment your neighbour's cat or whatever the **** you used to do before you discovered EVE. You're a ******* ****-covered festering pile of **** rags who desperately need the ******* lobotomized out of them.
How am I supposed to 'git gud' when all I have are scores of floating wrecks? I don't even get a chance.
I reject the authority and legitimacy of the New Order
of Highsec. I will mine when I want, where I want
and take as much as I want. Buy your mother a
permit and go do some real PvP!

If you are losing ship the very 1st thing you should think is "what am I doing wrong?". Because other people aren't losing ships like you are.
Your post here fully demonstrates that your problem starts somewhere with you. Figure out what you are doing wrong, fix that, and you'll be much happier. |

You need to, in this order:
1: Calm down and get some perspective, it's just a game. 2: Consider whether or not this is the game for you, because the PvP aspect is not going away. 3: If you decide you do want to hang around, join a new-player friendly corporation like Eve Uni that will teach you how to stop dying so much.

Miner, I'm gonna have to ask you to calm down.
Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

You're not really a victim, though, as no real wrong has been committed against you. You're just a player who has been consistently losing at a game. If someone kicks your ass at chess, do you pull out the victim card then, too?
It looks like you've been losing a lot of T1 haulers in lowsec, including Faction Warfare areas and Aridia. The Faction War areas are... well, a warzone, and Aridia is populated by a fairly powerful lowsec alliance. They're not great places to traipse about if you haven't learned how to keep yourself alive yet.

Hi Jean-Marc Lepelletier,
while you are right that EVE is a PVP game at core (even, and especially as industrialist!), there are ways to reduce your risks considerable.
Figure out what exactly you want to do
You say " I JUST WANT TO GET STUFF FROM A TO B". Use courier contracts for that, if you don't want to take the risk hauling (and potentially losing) the items yourself. There exist even whole organizations specialized on doing logistics. For example Red Frog.
Investigate how other players succeed
Many people transport items around in the EVE Universe, and only a tiny fraction ever gets shot down. What are they doing different? Why do they survive?
Avoid lowsec hauling until you have gained more knowledge about EVE mechanics
Looking through some of your public recent kills, don't haul through lowsec. Lowsec is dangerous and a very reliable way to get killed in a hauler. Learn the difference between the security zones (highsec, lowsec, nullsec), check out the EVE University page to learn more. Check out some of the EVE Flight Academy videos to learn more about the game mechanics.
Ask the right questions
The EVE community is an extremely helpful bunch of people, and they have incredible knowledge about EVE. In order to tap into that knowledge, simply ask some questions. But, ranting and demanding fundamental game mechanics to change in order to cater to you, will lead you nowhere and will get you only into more trouble. Be honest with yourself, and be open to suggestions - especially when those suggestions are coming from experienced people.
