Hi all,
I wanted to purchase some PLEX and although I have purchased it via the website in the past, I saw a message telling me that if you access Eve via Steam, as I do, then I need to purchase PLEX in Steam. After buying some, the PLEX is not showing in my inventory as it would normally do. I have read some horror stories that although you may have a Steam account, this might not actually be the case and the PLEX ends up in some Wormhole. Does anyone have any words of comfort? I have created a ticket but would like to try and get this resolved sometime tonight. |

Apparently CCP is in the business of scamming and not upholding their business arrangements with customers. I also paid for a service and wasn't given what I paid for. Good luck.... their business practices are pretty shady now. |

If its the first time you purchased PLEX through Steam there is a few hours delay for security reasons. If you have before it can take sometimes up to two hours for it to show in your redeem que as Steam has to process your payment, send the information to CCP's servers, and CCP's servers to do their thing in issuing the plex.

As an update CCP scammed me out of a sub yesterday. No compensation or option for resolution was offered despite it being entirely their fault.
They also locked both forum threads describing their actions in order to hide their behavior and actions. Good luck with your resolution but be aware they might just not care. |

So, the above statement is from Steam. Basically, its not our problem, it's CCP. Can CCP please give me my PLEX please? |

Double check the redeem que on the account your purchases the plex on in game. If it is still not there, file a support ticket https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us Please include any transaction information you may have from STEAM.
