Hi, i'd like to sell a Phoenix dreadnought, located in Irjunen (0.5) (the system with the best caldari combat agent). I think pirates know what they can do there with a Phoenix dread and some webifier/targetpainter/remotesensorbooster support.
Price is 2500000000.00 isk (thats 0.5 bil over average price because a dread in highsec is rare).

Good luck with the sale, just a friendly fyi - Using hi-sec capitals in PVP is regarded as an exploit and may get you banned - so any potential buyer might want to think twice before hitting that Citadel button
Help me help you. |

Excuse me Sir, i don't see any rule where it is forbidden/marked as an exploit. Didn't find any GM statement on the forums either. And it's not a case of an obvious exploit: CCP tolerates built Capitals in highsec. A dread is made to kill something, if i use a dread for exactly that, the purpose it was made for, how can this be an exploit ? I still risk to lose it (someone might bump it off the station with a nanophoon or whatever and let concord do the work). So in this case i'd say its "nulla poena sine lege" (they first should do a rule that it's forbidden before punishing someone for rulebreaking).
But ofc. i'm not encoraging anyone for using it for certain actions, just wanted to name some options. Maybe someone likes to fit it with expensive modules of all kind, watch how long cap lasts, test it with his friends in a secure highsec system etc. before going to dangerous places with it.

If you engage a non war target/flagged target in High Sec, you MUST die to Concord, otherwise it is an Exploit (its in the EULA every active player agreed to) Dreads can tank Concord long enough to Dock, and/or in Seige tank indefinatley

I've searched the eula for the word "Concord" and didn't find a singel entry. Nor did i find anything in the other texts like faq or player guide. So either you are not speaking the truth or i was not looking good enough and overseen it. If the 2nd is the case it would be nice if you can link that rule, i'd agree with you then and reduce the price.

If Chribba speaks it, then it is 100% FACT.
