CCP really need to make rats cause a log off timer when logged outside of a POS.
Also they really need to restrict cloaks specialists ships only. That or make any non specialist ship packing a cloak unable to lock people.

They aren't macroing (if you have good proof or evidence of that, you don't need to wardec them), so they aren't doing anything PROVABLY anti-EULA.

Besides, even if they are selling ISK, they're just meeting a voracious demand, and have displayed intelligence by selling one of the most valuable game currencies. If you're NBSI and run into them, hey, free kill, but a concerted effort to wipe them out? Focus on plexes, that's the only spot you're actually going to be able to lock down and control. Plus, you'll profit. Most of those Ravens are horribly set up.

Beatlrice are indeed ISK^H^H^H^H^H^ ... uh, people who rat non-stop and do nothing else. They've had a lot of their characters leave the corp now. They were trying to get into any alliance that would give them blue standings. I had a lengthy discussion with a leader from them, as he mistakenly thought I could somehow give him access to regions of 0.0.

Basically, they have 40 players/employees that are logged in from 8am to 7pm China time. They run between 100 and 120 accounts. They fly Ravens, they fit a cloak and at least 1 WCS, usually more. They sit in just about every low traffic 0.0 system you can locate. Most are in NPC corps, many you'll see where formerly in Beatlrice. They cloak as soon as you enter a system, and minimize that client and move to the next one.

The most interesting thing I learned is that they now own a capital ship. They might be using haulers now to collect loot and bring it to the carrier for evac. Good luck hunting them, as they are very quick on the SS / Warp whenever anyone enters the system.

Also, if you stay in a system for a while forcing them to remain cloaked, they will eventually begin hurling insults to you in Mandarin.
