I welcome any GM to come look in this belt and tell me this is not a farming operation.
This is for sure, ice mining for isk destined for resale.

And ban paying accounts? That is against the rules!

I don't think we'd make much of a living if they were banned, wouldn't you say?

On the subject of cans, I never did understand why CCP just left giant secures to float in space.
Always curious how many database entries were taken up by such fillers as abandoned tins, drones, shuttles and rookie ships, ie things that are generally abadoned and never returned to.
You take what is offered. And that must sometimes be enough. |

Bleah... more macros. And CCP could care less. I tried reporting an ice belt full of macros once. CCP replied back, asking for names. ALL of the them. Well, I'm sorry but sitting down and copying over a hundred home-key names is not my job and I said so. The next reply gave me a bunch of garbage about how it was so much more efficient for them to use the website than than be in-game. I gave him a dozen or so names and told him if he wanted more, I had screenshots of my verview, but of course, they don't use those. And guess what? I still have the name list I gave them and I check that belt occassionally, but the only thing that's changed is they use exhumers rather than barges for the macros now.

a) all cans should have a pop-time of X unless they are 're-anchored'... I'm sure I have quite a few cans floating out there, doing nothing...
b) Eve should disallow names like 'ljghzngbe' during character creation. If CCP can't/won't do anything about macro-miners, at least force them to have names a human being might conceivably want... ffs.

I mine ice in that belt from time to time to fuel a pos i run.
90 % of the characters mining there are online in the belt 7 days a week , from 21 - 22 hours a day. The majority of them are in packs of 4 , 3 retrievers and an occator hauling , all born in the exact same day.
There were 3 groups that i saw regularly. In addition to those groups, there are about 12 or so solo mackinaw pilots which warp to station and unload every 15 min or so.
What really bothers me is that the characters are there mining ice every single day, and are online from right after DT until DT the next day , with no days off. I know there are hard core gamers that play online a LOT , but when a group of characters is online and playing 7 days a week for 21 - 22 hours each day , something is fishy.
As for the giant secures anchored there, 37 are from a corporation named The Elite, which now has 1 member. 10 cans were anchored by a player, 27 were anchored there for corporation. We declared war on the corp and Concorde promptly dispatched the ships we were using to dispose of the cans. Petition was filed and a GM said he would make a trip there and remove the cans, but never arrived.
I am not sure which is worse, the giant secures in the belts, or the unarmed small pos's with 3 labs placed by a 1 person corp. Please CCP, look at the concorde protection of war target cans and structures. 1 and 2 alt corps running a completely INVULNERABLE pos with no intention to protect it themselves is getting to be a joke. It is truely invulnerable considering the fact that with no guns, it will never aggress and therfore can never be shot at even with a war declaration.

i hate seeing people exploiting, and worse yet seeing the creaters hiding behind there "it's not a exploit, it's just a unthought feature"... FFS!ban them all and every account asociated with that credit card... simply, they are misusing mechanics on the exspense of the players that KEEPS players in the game and not trying to hunt them away like these guys:S

It's because people are allowed to steal out of cans.
So this is what happens.
