I have got to the point where i will very soon use the Harbinger just need to get the skill which will be very soon lol. So you know kinda what point i am in the game then i guess.
I want to know what ship and a good fitting for a solo-pvp and one duo+ pvp ship. I guess i shouldn't use Tech II stuff cuz of the risk of dying right...? And I am ready to increase skills for certain items of use.
My plan anyway is the use 1 warp scrambler and 1 web.
And if someone could explain the pvp system would be good. like where will my sec-standings drop and how can i securely kill someone without getting concorded. And ofcourse alot of tips and advice lol.
Thanks in advance. Somebody set up us the bomb |

The curse would be your best bet. After that i'd go with the absolution.

The harbinger is a good ship to fight in.
Don't fight alone as Amarr though. Find friends or a good corporation and fight with some rhyme or reason. Roaming around solo is asking for death as a new Amarr pilot.

amarr ships is VERY nice in gangs... if you wanna solo, the curse or punisher would be best.

If you're short on cash and/or skills, I would suggest an Arbitrator. 5 medium drones will do good damage, especially if you can use T2. 5 Warriors in the remaining 25 m3 will serve very well against frigates.
I would reccomend the following setup. It should fit with fairly low skills. Replace drones with T2 if possible:
Arbitrator
Medium Nosferatu I Medium Nosferatu I Small Nosferatu I Small Nosferatu I
Tracking Disruptor I Tracking Disruptor I Stasis Webifier I Warp Disruptor I
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane I Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane I Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane I Medium Armor Repairer I
Rigs : Empty Slot \ Empty Slot \ Empty Slot \ Hammerhead I Hammerhead I Hammerhead I Hammerhead I Hammerhead I Warrior I Warrior I Warrior I Warrior I Warrior I ----- That glorious ship is a Templar-class fighter, the sword of light and purity which our carriers shall drive into the hearts of the Minmatar heretics! |

Crusader, Maller, Arbitrator, Harbinger/Prophecy, Geddon.
All good tbh.
Also you can shoot in 0.1-0.4 anywhere, you'll lose sec for agressing/more for destruction of ship (unless the other guy fired back, then you wont lose this sec), then a hefty sec price for podding. There are also NPC sentries outside the stations in 0.1-0.4, so you'll need to be tanked if your going to agress poeople in them areas of low sec systems. You WONT lose sec at ALL in 0.0 as this is lawless space, and there isnt any sentries at the gates or stations...not any that agress you without shooting the actual station anyway.

a megapulse gank abaddon also quite effective, it can melt a mymadon in under 20 seconds. ------------- Hadean Drive Yards The EvE inflation, 80 Macro miners, 1.5b isk/day |

For solo, your best bet is the Arbitrator then, when you can fly them, Pilgrim/Curse.
For gang, Abso, Geddon and Abaddon are all good bets.

I take it you are very new to pvp and eve in general.
Don't learn to pvp in a BC. You'll just die and be out a lot of money.
Learn to pvp in t1 frigates.
0.0 you can kill anyone anywhere with no sec status hit and no concord.
0.4 to 0.1 you can kill anyone anywhere but you will get a sec status hit.
Also if you attack someone at a gate or station the sentry guns with target and shoot you.
1.0 to 0.5 you can kill anyone anywhere but you will get a sec status hit and concord will kill you.
If you are fighting war targets none of the above rules apply and its a Free for All everywhere.
Learn pvp tactics in a t1 frigate. Once you have figured out how to use the scanner, pick targets and tackle move upto a t1 cruiser and start killing people.
Once you can kill people reliably in a t1 cruiser in low sec you're probably good enough to start playing with more expensive toys.

well u wont outrun a speed tanked stabber but he wont hit u mwd around.
