Would I be able to speed/sig tank with an Afterburner II, lv 5 inty with a claw (lowest sig radius of all), and maxxed navigation/agility skills?
How would I be able to deal with the following problems that often occur in pvp?: -Web -Nos -Drones
and third, with lv 5 specialized projectiles (not sure if autocannons or arty yet, depends on answers), would I be able to deal enough DPS to kill a cruiser over time? anything bigger? :D

Most cruisers will field a mwd and probably use it in bursts to get inside web range,once he has you webbed....#2 and #3 take care of you.
as for being able to put out dps...i've seen stilleto's kill gank thoraxs so it's doable...

What if I use artillery and orbit 30km with mwd.. then I won't be 'speed tanking' because my angular velocity (assuming target as axis of rotation) is not fast enough. (angular velocity = speed/radius.. and here radius is way too large). And I will also have a huge sig radius.
So.. what do I do? I guess interceptors aren't meant to live against everything with their agility and speed.

Insane speed > huge sig radius......you'll be going to fast for turrets to track,and missiles will be doing 0.5 damage per...

Honestly the biggest problems I run into in soloing with an inty (and either not fitting a web or not wanting to get into their web range to use mine) is people simply slowboating it back to gates or running and hiding in between big asteriods (rocks are death, I've had so many close calls bumping into them and losing transversal).
I think with skills the Claw could hit outside of 10km with barrage. Wouldn't be perfect damage but the 50% dmg mod would make up for a bit of it.
Another problem with close[r] range assaulting is cruisers mwd bursting to get close. Its hard to manually orbit at such close ranges/fast speeds, and so just using auto-orbit can be dicey, especially with lag.
250 arties at 18-20km (use Warp Disruptor II) might be able to track. Claw and fittings dont really cost all that much so its probably okay to buy one and just test a whole bunch of things out.

The Claws abismal lock range might have something to say about that. Sad but true.
