you want to fly a curse without nos but neuts, with heavy ASSAULT missle launchers and a bcu II in lows....
nah, just nah...
look at that:
3x Medium Nos, 2x Heavy Missle Launcher. 1x 10mn mwd II, 1x LSE II, 1x 24-30 km Disruptor, 3x Phased Muon's 2x OD II, Nano II, I-Stab II.
2x Mass Reduction.

Only problem i can see you having with this fitting is cap. MWD + 2 neuts on a curse means no cap in no time. 1 nos 1 neut will problably give you more sustainability.
I usually fly a curse in gangs. And for that i prefer 3 nos 2 neuts shield tank + mwd + fitting mods and speed mods.

i use a cap injector so i can mwd around if i'm jammed or dampened to hell or get nossed while zooming around. also let's me run all my stuff for ages.
it has saved me countless times even if people who can't think outside the box say "z0mg n0z bonuz & u n33d c4p b00sta wTf" :p with a cap booster 1x nos, 2x neut becomes feasible too and is excellent for small gang support.
and 3 dampners are just so ***... even though they are effective. --

Replace the Nano with another I-Stab. The Mass Reduction rigs stack with the Nano. I-Stabs will keep your orbit a circle and not an ellipse as well as allowing you to align for warp faster.
