I have seen this info going around, don't know if it's a rumor or a fact:
It says that if you probe a mission runner and get inside the deadspace, you can attack and kill the mission runner with no concord response.
Is this true? |

Probably not. A friend of mine got Concorded during a mission when he wanted to find out how his ECM would work on a gangmember.

According to this guy, it's posible. Maybe he was just joking, but made me wonder... |

Edited by: Melor Rend on 14/06/2007 13:36:50 Edited by: Melor Rend on 14/06/2007 13:36:04 the only way i know of for a mission-runner to be "ganked" without being CONCORDed is if you warp in on him to a stage that has uncontrolable aggro when more then one person is in the pocket. that could mean that the mission-runner will get full stage aggro and have scrambler-frigs on him so he may well die. besides this i always saw (and sometimes felt) a CONCORD response when i was attacked or attacking in dead-space missions.
i only just lost a fully fittet BS while missioning with a mate.. the stupid thing was that i had forgotten he had changed corp and then i shot one of his empty wrecks (the damn thing was in the way) and POOF! about 30 seconds later i way staring at the stars out of my lil pod
learing is so much fun hehe
BTW. i don't know if the above tactic is "legal" or if it's actually concidered an exploit (i never tried this before)

Not everybody only plays in High-sec.... some do play in low-sec you know, especially the people in the 'Crime and Punishment' forum.

My own folly in empire like this has taught me one thing. Firing on player that is non-decced = ___ | o|> -----------------kk \ \ |\_ _ _ ---- cordo --e | \ _\/ - ---con--------- n! | \ _/\_-----con -------- n! | | / ---------- cordo --e | _\ \_-------------- kk |__| __|
Another one bites the dust. |
