Lot of interesting points, predictions, and current value calculations made in the thread. FWIW I have been following the Jita +5 - improved learning implant market to get a feel for the post patch value. The reason I like looking at them is that they can be obtained from most (all?) of the LP stores for 65 million isk and 65k LP's. That gives us a nice pure value because there are no other components involved like tags and such. Just isk and LP's.
Roughly speaking if you split the buy/sell offers over the weekend those five implants settled in at around 100 million each. That would make the current value of LP's at ~538 isk per LP, or roughly half of the "unoffical old value" of 1,000 isk each.
It will be interesting to see if the value of those implants goes back up a bit after the post-patch LP spending spree, or if it remains around 500 isk per LP.

Unless nexus chip NPC buy order get nerf (price lower or removed) then there is no reason to sell something for less then 800 isk/LP. so right now those are good investment.

Couple of problems here.
1. There were +5's around before the patch and people want to cash in on what they have. The volume is extremely low, low enough that it makes up for the lower amount of them around.
2. Splitting the buy/sell orders 50/50 is wrong. I've sold 1/10th as many +5's as I've bought since Rev came out. The first day I was handed more +5's than you could imagine for under the ISK cost from the LP store. A lot of people have done the same as I. Some just want a quick cash-out and are selling WAY low just because it's still a large profit for them. Once the supply of those under-priced implants runs out the price will rise. Anyone with +5's who doesn't need to cash out will make a good profit if they price them in the 130-140 range and wait a few weeks.
