Friends, not being a mission runner at all I am somewhat puzzled as to the development of hardwiring prices since Rev 2.
Can somebody go back to adam-and-eve for me and explain: - why these implants were worth this much before (take ZMA1000, ZMM1000, CX-2 as examples) - what changed due to Rev 2 - what the implications are for the (likely) prices of these blue prints now - how these prices might develop in future
I will reward 3 x 10 million to the best 3 answers by Monday night. Dont hesitate to build on each other, a perfect build can win 10mln too! Regards, SL

Basically, it's the LP store. Go to a combat corp's station and run one L1 agent mission. Once you can see the LP store change the view to show all the offers. The offers will vary between factions and corporations, but the combat hardwirings are fairly consistent.
I haven't really checked current prices, but ZMM1000 were very sought after implants that were once quite common, then the supply started to dry up and the price rose considerably. With the advent of the LP store, they've not only become widely available, but also relatively inexpensive to take as an offer. That said, there are loads of implants that have skyrocketed for the same reasons (availability/offer requirements).
I'm not quite sure where blueprints come into it as you can't build implants.

the price change depend on people, i belive there will be people who are willing to convert LP for almost nothing, but those will be the none hardcore runners. So expect to see low price on anything that go below the 50k LP above that the price per LP will start climb.

Since the talk about the LP hit the Blogs a lot of folks have been piling up their LPs (only using them when they really needed them and had a good offer). On the short term you'll see a lot of offers in a short amount of time, this wil result in an undercutting war and prices dropping like a rock (kind of how it went with the datacore crash). On the long term prices will rise as the majority of the LP has been spent in a short furry of buy orderes. This will be tempered by the fact that mission running is currently bugged (problem with standing increases), so a lot of folk will keep their ships parked until this is resolved (because standing increase is a major motivator to do missions in the first place).
Three factors will influence this further, what corps will offer what items, which are the popular corps, and what items are popular.
Not every item is offered by every corp (and faction), that means that you can't buy every item with your current LPs and migh need to change corp and increase standing all over again. Some corps don't offer a lot of high level agaents in one kind of field (transport or combat). Popular items will sell more often, thus a higher competition and lower profits.
There's essentially an unlimited supply of LP and thus these items (limited by the amount of time invested in mission running), so i suspect that the price per LP will be quite low when the prices stabalize.

I agree with most of your thoughts but I completely disagree with the final conclusion.
Almost every useful item will end up being worth the same in LP/ISK, because whichever item starts to become more valuable will be bought by more people from the store thus increasing the supply to compensate. But by doing so there will be less of the other items. So it causes a tiny increase in price of everything else and a leveling off in price of the higher priced item. I'm sure you'll see fluctuations in prices... but overall the prices of everything popular in the LP store will stabilize.
I'm guessing it will stabilize around 1000 isk per LP as there are some NPC orders that redeem at this value... so if it got lower than that then people would just all take the items they can resell to the NPC Buy orders.
So just add up the prices of all the items for whatever hardwiring/implant/ship/bpc/ammo you want and then add in LP * 1000 and you'll have your prices in the long run.
In the short run, a lot of prices are going to be low... because of the inherent stupidity of some players. However, the smart players are saving their LP or only cashing in their LP when it's worth more than 1000 per LP and that is going to eventually offset the stupid players cashing in for 100 isk per LP or less as they are now.
Some people are actually paying money for every LP they spend currently... as stupid as that sounds. I've bought items for half the ISK cost in the LP store for items that are extremely popular. The market is already stabilizing. In the last day I've had 1/5th as many under-priced orders filled and I'd imagine within a week I'll be lucky to get any more filled under price.
The best money will be in the ammo imo... as it is pretty good and it will be extremely popular in 0.0. I expect it to be worth 2000-3000 isk per LP for a while until everyone jumps into the market and then it will level out. But doing so will help raise the implant market up a bit at least.

The LP market isn't the same as the Datacore market, mostly because entering the Datacore market requires a lot of specialisation in skills and agents. On the other hand everyone runs missions, that'll mean that there will be a huge amount of LP floating around. While i admit that there is a large demand for these faction items, most of that demand comes from the PVP crowd, which is mostly located in 0.0 space, a mission runner won't often loose his ship and equipment in a mission so there's little reason to replace faction items. Most mission runners reside in Empire (this is an educated guess on my part) because it's save and easily accessible. Most mission runners won't travel much further then a couple of jumps (not very profitable to go far due to time vs. profit), so they are stuck within a small locale. That same locale will have a lot of other mission runners, thus large supply, while the demand is somewhere else (which they probably can't see because it's a couple of regions away). Traders will take the supply to the demand, and they will reap the 'real' profits...
It kind of depends what you mean by "what is a LP worth?": - To the mission runner (which i think is what should be the question) - To the final buyer - To the trader
I have to say that items that require very little LP will be the ones that have the lowest LP=>ISK (Starbase charters and Nexus chips for example)(high supply=>low price). Beginning pilots need the money and don't have the luxury to wait for a better deal. Very few people have the neccessary LP to buy a Raven Navy Issue, so i expect that those will have a lot higher LP=>ISK (low supply=>high price).
A lot of those faction items also require components, so that will also influence the price. Even ammo, in regions where crystals are rare, faction crystels will be even more rare. So do you attribute the high price of the faction crystal to a high LP=>ISK of the relatively rarity of the basic components? Not to mention that the build times have increased for virtually all T1 ammo, that will mean that for the forseeable future, T1 ammo price will soar making Faction ammo even more expensive (on the other hand the relative cost difference between the two will probably decrease and thus making faction ammo more popular). Best local buy order for Amarr starbase charters is currently 635isk best local sell order is 9900isk, in the last couple of days they have sold for as high as 15000isk (11250 of them). I'm pretty certain that the guy that sold them isn't the guy that converted his LP to the charters. I think that the whole faction market is a huge oppertunity for traders, mostly because mission runners earn more money with doing the actual missions, the trader can buy from more then one mission runner and make a tidy profit.
I predict that we'll see contracts in the same line we now see for minerals, corp X wants y amount of faction ammo z and approach a mission running corp to supply them this ammount on a weekly basis. This can now be done due to the LP store
