Ffs,
What's up with those gigantic kiddie button weapon buttons ? They take up nearly half of the right side of my screen ! I can't even imagine how bad it must be for people forced to play at 1024 ...
Please get rid of that crap and find another way to incorporate heat into the UI.
And who's bright idea was it to put all that heat crap into the UI when you don't even have the skills to use it ? It's wrong on so many levels it's like the Petronas tower of game design stupidity.

You have a point. But so did many others before you. Why didn't you post in one of their threads? --------------------------------------------

I actually like it, they glow shinier now, and it looks spiffy. Then again I don't use overview that much because I don't have to, so its not dragged to the bottom of the screen. For those people where it is though, yeah I guess its annoying. ________________________________________ <("<) <('')> (>")>

There are many other threads to discuss this, not least of all the official thread clearly marked here - take your pick.

That little green stuff at the top of the module button shows if the module is damaged as i experienced, so it has "some" uses anyways without heat. Like you can see if a module you fitted is damaged, which happens if you use looted stuff, which happens. The heat thingy can be locked, however a hide function would be better.
But the buttons are still too big and activation state is not as clear as it used to be. The new UI should have been revised. Many players agree in "functionality>pretty". So imho the GIU was better before, but i wont open new threads because of this, cause plenty of these alredy exist. ________________________________________________
