This is really unfair on your customers!
There are hundreds of people looking to reactivate there account and revisit eve! Rev2 is attracting lots of old customers back to the world of eve yet they cannot activate there accounts due to CCP errors!
If you have a marketing dept they must be turning in there graves!
People want to pay, people want to play people want to give CCP there money yet cannot!
Come on and sort this problem out!
We deserve at least an explanation on why or whats wrong!
Please can we have an offical response to the problem!!!
You are loosing customers and returning pod pilots!

Just as an idea to solve it for yourself:
What about gametime cards ? Guess they still work and paying with them shouldn't be more expensive than paying with other means, if you buy them in the right place (afaik). It's just what I heard. So maybe just do that, until CCP sorts it out.

You cant change your billing from CC to GTC, or reactivate your account to make the change, or even load the damn page.
I know, im stuck with an expired CC, a 90 GTC, no method to change the CC details and no way to change to use the GTC...

My account is still working also, though I dont think it should be, hence why ive got the GTC

At least you can log into your account. I tried to reactivate my second account and it wouldn't even let me log in....getting the wrong password error.
So I reset the password....clicked the link....etc. Put in the new password....still "wrong password". So I reset the password again....tried copy and paste as well as manually typing it in. Same problem. I did this about 8 times.
So I mailed support....I'm guessing I might get a reply in August? Maybe July if I'm lucky. I guess I'd gone too long without having to deal with CCP support in game or out of game and forgot that they don't pay attention to their petitions unless you have MSN.

There's something going on, I have a 30,500,000 collateral that has not returned from a contract, and I got this error checking my petition (including the spelling error):
"Oops
Something really bad happened and we are really sorry.
The server was unable to process your request.
Support personel has been notified, no further action is needed."

Y'know,, I really find it entertaining how many people spend time to post all blaze and hoity on the forums when something like this happens, but won't take the time to contact CCP first,,,,

Well I petitioned the minute it happened.
But from experience, posting something here gets to the devs ro GMs faster if it's a system wide thing.

I find it really entertaining how many jump to the presumption we havent contacted CCP...
But whatever youve done CCP youve fixed it for me...
Just not in time to prevent another payment being taken from my CC

I had the same problem on my 2nd account. Had to wait 9 days for a petition to get answered before I could reactivate

I get the following error after entering my card details
"An unexpected errod has happened, please press back on your browser and try again. If the problem persists contact support"
I petitioned it the 4th time it happened
