Dunno if this is new, but just noticed it tonight: When setting up my overview, if I deselect "Pilot has Neutral standings" on the States tab of the settings window, Stargates disappear from the overview as well. I can't "deselect all" and reselect only stargates either. As long as the Neutral pilot is unchecked, stargates are too.
This is a completely new install of WinXP, fresh DL of Eve client and therefore, no cache to clear.

A couple of things:
1. I am still not getting standing increases with one of my L3 agents, despite having run enough missions to get a storyline with him, and having run two missions after the patch. He has been 4.3 since I first noticed his standings weren't moving and hasn't changed a bit. I have cleaned my cache etc a number of times.
2. Skills which are available to me to buy and train e.g. racial drones are marked red, despite having Drones V. That said, I trained one np, it is just the display on screen which is broken.

It was a nerf, since apparently the bios are down-loaded to all players immediately when pilot enters system -> causes lag, CCP shortened bios.
(Still wonder why can't they just code it that way that when Show Info is accessed bio would load, but.... meh.) -- V.H.

Someone's spinning a yarn on ya there. That just don't make any sense at all to send out your bio apon arival in system to every other pilot.
If there is any truth to it then it will be that showing info was becoming a significant hog on bandwidth.
Got a link to any explanation?

But, according to Rev.2 patchnotes loading them caused lag to other players, and "using" bios were considered exploits :DDD

I fail to see how it could be an exploit. CCP is just too lazy to find a fix. The most obvious first step would be to separate the sending of the bio tab from the rest of the info. So the bio is only sent when a client requests it by clicking on the bio tab.
And checksumming the resulting cached bio seems sensible for repeated viewing.
And make the tab permanent. Damn annoying having to adjust the default tab back and forth because some pilots have a bio and some don't.
The next improvement would be to create a priority buffering system for data being sent from the server so that unimportant data like the bio is always held back until there is available bandwidth.

Ok, things broken I found in a couple of hours last night...
# Directors should now receive all corporation related EVEmails such as tower fuel notifications, insurance, etc.
This means all directors now get the recruting mails from new applicants. While this isnt bad, the problem is that they all come from the individuals, and being in E-UNI means im getting a lot of these. I shudder to think how many mails I have by now. Shouldnt these come from a single entity, like killmails and so on?

Yes, very considerably larger. My problem is that I was wondering just how larger 'larger' was, and got the font to something like 50point before I tired of having chat window size characters. Now I cant make them smaller, and im stuck with 36 point text in my corp window.
# Some non-expiring exploration sites have been fixed and should despawn after completion.
There are a few encouter sites in and around The Forge which are still there (and can be scanned down with the onboard scanner), but dont have any of the mission items left - for example a drone encouter where all thats left is a cloud marking where it once was with no drones or structures. Im kind of hoping these are included and will despawn automagically soon. _____

The last patch changes to the corp wallet interface has cut out the corp shares tab. The character shares tab is there, but the corporation shares tab is completely missing. And I found this out after transfering all my personal shares back to corp...dang Only when the tide goes out, you see who's been swimming naked... - Mr. Buffet |

The patch totally wiped out all my settings, logins, prefs, etc. The client acted like a brand-new install.
Interesting thing is that it only happened on one of my 2 computers. I think it's because I'm using the "...\eve.exe /end /LUA:OFF" switches, and after applying the patch I selected Launch Eve from the Update Complete window on the one hosed PC - which would have launched Eve w/o using the /end /LUA:OFF options I'm betting (this is bad). Then, when I launched it again later it was with that switch. What's odd though is that it did not seem to move my settings at all - neither location had them. Could something with launching the two different ways end up with all the settings deleted? Or is something else weird going on? |

The Developers are aware of and working on resolving issues for missions such as 'Damsel in Distress' and 'Pirate Slaughter'. We are also working on solving why certain exploration sites persist after completion.

Gangs are Borked-Up!
In gangs the gang list disappears for no apparent reason, I can not see win command, squad command or squads, only top line, and I did nothing. I think that the gang size grew and that may have triggered the change. The little benefit of gangs is now even less useful. You nerf it real good.
The Gang window attached to the overview is a terrible design, it is too small, can not be resized to make it any better, the fonts are tiny and its mixed up with the overview and drones interface.
Please consider seperating the gang interface to a seperate window.
Frankly, every patch erodes the benefits of gangs. The current design only seems to benefit pirates camping gates. You have nerfed them too much for a gang entering a new system or splitting up. We have to stop and change gang leaders while trying to defend, was that your intent? Poor design IMO.
Gang skills a waste of time now! I now think that gangs skills were a waste of time, can I trade those SP's for something that might benefit me or my corp? Maybe you can go back to the idea that gang skills automatically work instead of having to promote and assign roles?
The game was more fun when gang skills worked as originally designed. |

Same exception when setting course before undock after login. Same lags when opening cans/wrecks. Same glitches in hangar list (blueprint pic displayed on wrong places) Sorting in "Detaild" mode still broken. Camera still resetted after jump. -- . |

I had this exact same problem with another game. It appears to be something DirectX or driver related. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card. It took a while, but eventually I did have a driver update fix the issue for me.
You could think that, however: - Latest drivers for nvidia are from the 31st of May (which I have had since they came out) - I've never had this problem before, in the 3 odd years I've been playing - It's odd that this issue pops up _right_ after this patch is released, wouldn't you agree? As it all worked fine yesterday...
I had the opposite happen with the patch - now EVE in the background is animated whereas before it wasnt.

Well I did my storyline mission, and got a .1 standing increase with the agent. I have done a further 5 or so missions with this agent without any further gains. Are L3 agents really this unappreciative of our efforts?

For example, some cruise missile -launchers only show "Missile Launcher Operation IV" as required skill, even though they require much more...
Any idea about that?!

Explosion-animations of missiles, that are casted on you, still appear, even if the missile itself is never going to hit you...
Can be very annoying when making missions, that have lots of missile-firing objects in it^^

The new implants do still not show in narket and are not listed as category in contracts.
Also some other items do not show up under contract categories, like data interface blueprints.

Corp screen, Assets section, Deliveries Tab. When items in corp deliveries are collected, the station doesn't disappear from the deliveries list, the list just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
