Yes, but they dont say they'll do annual reports, then pipe up in January and say "hey, the board is going on vacation - we'll do the report in July" then still not do it by November. 
You would probably be right if the management and staff stayed the same over time. However, since Ray is in a different corp now and does not feel like posting anything in this thread even though he issued multi billion guarantees before, one can only assume that Tornsoul is on his own. We cannot be sure of this of course, but it is still OK. These things happen to companies, and it is perfectly reasonable and it is no reason to fret at all. So cut Tornsoul some slack.

As someone pointed out, it is not the first time that a BMBE reporting delay occurred and Tornsoul has plenty of experience successfully explaining these kinds of situations.
So this time also when we hear his explanation, all the concerns will disappear and BMBE will steadfastly continue in the same direction as before.
