I have no cancel option on my Subscription web page. I get no replies from petition off he EVE-O web page. I get no replies from petitioning in game.
I wanted to cancel before I got charged for another month because I'm short on funds right now but today is the renewal day so guess what's going to happen? It's beginning to look like AOL tactics. Not real happy about the no cancel option.
How am I supposed to cancel? |

1. Look at side navigation
2. Click "My Account"
3. Login
4. On the right of the page is a list of items under the heading "Common Tasks". The last item is named "Cancel Subscription".
5. Click it.
Figure out the rest yourself.

If there were any others do you think I would be posting to this forums for lamer answers????
The fact that I get NO reply from CCP is very discouraging. |

It is present for me as well... perhaps you already cancelled?
Anyway, there is another link. If you go to my account, go to 'subscription details'. There is also a cancellation link in the top-right hand side of the main body of the window. Unless you already cancelled of course, but then that should be visible in the subscription details as well.

Your petition is in the billing queue and will be dealt with when they get to it, in your case they will most likely refund the money and close the account. Unless you cancelled but the website isn't showing it, in which case you shouldn't be charged and your account will be automatically cancelled.

I have the same issue but im not trying to cancel, im trying to renew my account. I sent a peition on saturday but no reply.
