Is there an eve tool that will allow me to plan out the agents I want to use?
Suchas: LVL 1 - xxxxxxx LVL 2 - yyyyyyy LVL 3 - zzzzzzz LVL 4 - hhhhhhh LVL 5 - uuuuuuu
Also how do I find out who I am going to destroy my reputation with? If I do all missions with Caldari, who are the enemies of the Caldari, how do I find that out? How much will they hate me? How would I raise my friendliness with 2 different races that hate each other?

Why... Would you need a planner? Do missions for the corporation you want to use the higher level agents of.
Anyway, the like/hate basically aligns like this:
Amarr + Caldari vs Gallente + Minmatar
Raise standing with Caldari, and Amarr will go up a little while Gallente and Minmatar will drop a little. The rises are bigger than the falls, so by balancing your missions you can have good faction standing with all four major empires. Of course, it helps to turn down any missions that would involve you shooting a faction's navy, as they take exception to that.

I was thinking of the agent planner to act like evemon.
I choose LVL 5 agent - uuuuuuu. The quickest way to get to LVL 5 agent - uuuuuu would be to do other agents in this order. x y z h U
Also, what missions are the quickest? Kill or courier?

The quickest way to get to a higher level agent is to always use the highest quality agent that you have access to. Also, train your social, and connections skills.

Do you mean time-wise? That depends on you, what you like and what your character's skills are. A kill mission in the same system, with a properly set up ship can take as little as 10 minutes or as long as 2 hours. A courier mission depends on how far you have to go and if you have a ship big enough to carry the cargo in one trip.

Edited by: GC13 on 13/07/2007 19:15:34 Oh, in that case, your agent planning is very easy: Get the Social skill high, get the Connections skill high, and run missions for the highest level agents in your desired agent's corporation until your standing is high enough to use him.
EDIT: Kill missions from agents in divisions such as Security, Internal Security, Command, Surveillance, and Intelligence being much better for standing than courier missions.

You can do some agent planning, to a degree by using third party sites like this.

uh huh, seems simple enough.
Is there any other way to increase my friendliness faster than: 1.) Run missions 2.) Get social skill high 3.) Get connections skill high
How long is it going to take to get to lvl 5?

That's something that I believe is really impossible for anyone to predict. There are just way too many factors. How long per day can you play? How fast can you run particular missions? What kinds of ships/fittings can you use? What are you skills like? There's just too many factors.
For example, you will BLAST through L1 missions really quickly in a cruiser, quickly building enough standing to move onto L2 missions, assuming you pick a good quality agent. Then the L2 missions will be "average" difficulty for you in the cruiser though, taking a bit longer to complete (probably) which equates to a slowdown in standings gain. But, let's say you get to enough standing to move on to L3 missions, now you need something more powerful to mission in. The cruiser is going to have a more difficult time. But, if you blasted through to L3 too quick, you won't have the skills needed to fly a bigger ship effectively, meaning sticking with L2 missions until you CAN handle them. And through all of this, did you do anything else, like mining, pirating, salvaging, exploring...?
That's why it seems like such a vague question to so many trying to reply. It's a lot more difficult to answer then you might think to estimate something quite so open ended.
