I think he's talking about the Agony Unleashed PVP classes.
To the OP: Look in the Enrollment forum on their website.
If you're after other classes, go and ask the corp running them.

They are not the only one to offer "courses" there are many "academy" or training corps in eve. But, the forums will not help you find answers to specific corporation training techniques. If you want to know more, contact the corporation you are interested in directly. I am sure they will help you with what you need to know.

Also should point out here that it is a player run initiative, as are any other corps offering learning courses, such as EVE University. I imagine you knew that but the question sort of implied that you thought it was somehow an official part of the game.
Generally, if you need info on courses, you need to ask the corp that runs them, because the general community won't really know
