Edited by: Sarah Ashwood on 16/08/2011 16:52:34 On my sheet, I was entering Large Shield Extender II's into Tech 2 Item 3's slot (C91), which was only putting in 8 for Hydrogen Batteries into cell F18. When I swapped Item's slots 1 & 3, moving them up there, it does Show 8000 (when building 1000 Shield extender). As another quirk, if I left Large Shield extenders II's in Slots 1 & 3 (C35 & C91). without any quantity put into Tech 2 Item Slot 3, it shows I need 8008 Hydrogen Batteries.
Not sure if that makes a lot of sense.

Edited by: Shayla Sh''inlux on 16/08/2011 17:58:48 Hey,
I don't know if this already has been brought up (you know 27 pages and everything) but there are some errors in your building requirements for tech II production. I ran into this myself when making my own sheet (and figured a way to fix it too). Basically, your sheet assumes that if you're building ammo, all of the materials are subject to waste and if it's not ammo, only minerals are.
This is indeed mostly the case, but for example a Scourge Fury Heavy Missile requires 80 Rocket Fuel to build and 4 Extra Rocket Fuel. Building from a ME -4 print will require 124 rocket fuel and not the 126 your sheet says. This is the case for all tech II heavies, cruise and torps. Another example is the Tracking Computer II. That one requires 7 morphite to build, but 5 of that is extra (and therefore only 2 are subjective to waste). So if you have a ME -4 copy, you would need 8 morphite to build it and not the 11 your sheet says. There are various (although minor) errors like this all throughout the tech II building requirements.
Other than that, great work. I stole some ideas from your sheet for mine, so thanks for that :)

Thanks a lot for clearing it out, i couldnt understand why they would change it back.
About the mercoxit, you need to select a skiff and modulated deep core mining laser for it to count. i believe you can only mine mercoxit like that. That is why it doesnt count when u have ex a Hulk with 3 lasers, cause then the mining pr/hour would be off. Or am i wrong? can you mine it with other setups?
FYI: I purchased a hulk in Jita and fitted a modulated deep core strip miner II to the ship. I'm not sure how the calculations work out, but it appears that you can mine that ore with a hulk.

Shayla Sh'inlux. thanks for explaining how what going on with this incorrect material. Im sure its true what you say, it just makes no sense, i mean what kind of silly calculation is that (ccp?), how can i know which is "real material" and which are "waist material" Anyway, ill see if i can find out what the thought behind this strange behaver is.
Gamingloser1. thanks for testing this, i will correct this in some future version.

You can see the "true" materials in the database here:
http://eve-online.itemdrop.net/eve_db/items/blueprint/missile_blueprint/scourge_fury_heavy_missile_blueprint/
The first table has items, the second table has extra items. The first table is affected by ME, the second isn't. The only way to find this out for all items is to query the database directly or to just manually check all items.
There's a little discussion here http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1560461&page=1 when people more versed in Eve's workings than myself explained it to me.

Hi.
Fantastic work Dedaf. Amazing tool.
Quick question. On POS Construction tab -> Control Tower Calc
To monitor your corp's POS you need to enter a Tower ID.
Where can I find this tower ID?
Thanks in advance

You have the backup and restore option in all the production sheets. Only you will need Office 20xx PRO for the macros to run. if you dont have the PRO version, then your only option is to manually reenter everything.
Thanks Shayla Sh'inlux for the links to those sites that explain how the T2 item production works. ill see if i can find a way to implement it in my sheet.

Edited by: Shayla Sh''inlux on 01/09/2011 12:33:36 What I ended up doing was make 3 columns for each component in the to be manufactured item. The first column has the name of the component, the second the base amount and the third the extra amount.
So you get something like:
Item Name.........Component 1...Base...Extra...Component 2...Base...Extra Tracking Comp II....Morphite.........2......5.......Transmitter.........0......5
etc.
Once you have that data it's simple to find the correct numbers by adding the "extra" number to the "base" number modified for ME. Afterwards you can modify for PE. My sheet assumes PE 5 as any production that's not ammo is operating at a loss with lower PE levels, plus both my main and alt have PE 5 anyway :)

True it's a wonderful toy for eve online Dedaf ! didn't seen many glitches, even in T2 prod
but i just want to know if there's a point to manually enter a price in the data sheet... for the raw materials. sure Average price is crappy you'll never find technetium @ 40k i don't blame you, seems all market aggregators are like this. just an average. but when it come to POS production, technetium price still 40k, so the total price is utterly wrong so the profits :)
"maybe" you could add the option to select the price's origin of these goods like other production sheets :)
anyway, did i said wonderful toy? gratz !

Hi , i have a little Question about isk per. Hour.
How do you calculate the amount ?
For example i get 40000 Pyroxeres in 1 hour. If i sell all Pyroxeres (1 for 26,16 isk), i Get about 1.046.000 ISK.
But the ISK per Hour showes 2.613.812k.
Im a little bit confused.
