Does the all-seeing eye of Concord catch acts of piracy (not DVD fraud... the pew-pew type) in deadspace?
For example, if you aggro'd someone whilst they were doing a mission in deadspace, would Concord jump in (assuming you are in high-sec, not in gang, etc etc)?
For that matter, is it possible to probe someone down in high-sec when they are on missions? I would imagine if you did it would only take you to the first acceleration gate and you'd have to wander into the mission in order to find them?
Anyway, just wondered.

I've seen Concord show up in a mission, but it was a long time ago and I don't remember if it was in deadspace. I have read in other places that you can wait out an aggression timer in deadspace, but then I would expect high-sec piracy to be much more common.
You can probe people in high-sec, and you will be dumped at the first gate.

1. Is CONCORD all seeing, all knowing even in deadspace? Yes. The repercussions for unprovoked attacks are set for the whole solar system, not just the common space lanes. If you attack anyone in 0.5-1.0 space without having an aggression timer, war dec or kill right justifying said action, you'll get a security hit, global aggression and have the fuzz come to impound your ship the hard way.
2. Is it possible to probe a mission runner? Yes. Security rating of the system doesn't matter. Mission runners can be probed down. Keep in mind however that in deadspace pockets ships receive a significant reduction to their signal strength making them much harder to find. There is a way around this, but i have seen posts hinting that this has been classified as an exploit. As such you don't want to do that without consulting a GM first.
