Searched eve-search for any relavant topics and either they are all old or not on topic.
Anyways, started doing missions for blood raiders and checked the lp store to find that they don't give any mods. Not even crystals. Not sure if other pirate factions have this problem with their respective stores, but thats pretty crappy.
I noticed also in another pot with a dev response from Greyscale I believe it was saying they would add bpcs and basically fine tune empire lp store, but how about giving pirate factions modules to buy first?
If i missed a post or there is one sorry for the repost

I wouldn't expect them to put Dark Blood modules in the LP store because that would mean there are two independent sources for the same item. That's tricky because changes CCP makes that affect the supply of one can accidentally nerf or boost the other. Dark Blood crystals you may see though.

Devs have already posted saying pirate faction modules will NOT be available to pirate mission runners.
You CAN get faction ammo, but empire navy ammo is actually 5% better than low-tier faction ammo and cheaper as well for isk/lp.
Bhaalgorn BPCs are probably your most profitable item since Talisman implants aren't in demand.
PS. I'm kinda surprised you are able to mission in Delve. Last time I tried I had to spend too much time hiding in station to make it profitable for me.

As the other guys stated, we're specifically not putting Dark Blood (or similar) items in the store because they're already dropped by Commander spawns and various exploration sites. "More stuff for pirate stores" is scheduled for Release 4 - it's a pressing issue, but not as pressing as the Khanid (level 5 agents but no tag-based offers) or the smaller factions (literally nothing unique at all).

I have the exact same problem with the Thukker Tribe corps (Thukker Mix and Trust Partners).
These guys have lots of agents in high sec, and an excellent way of getting your faction rating with their friends up fast (Serpentis, Syndicate (Intaki), Angels).
Yet, the Thukker Mix LP store is very crappy, and the Trust Partners one is literally empty!!!
Please prioritize this higher than Revelations 4.
Thanks Roberto
PS: Also please fix the issue with Blood Raiders, Sanshas and Guristas only liking each other. This circle makes it impossible for older chars to ever get to work for them.... There should be cross-links between the pirates, so that there would always be "a way back to grace" for any faction.
Currently Blood Raiders, Sansha and Guristas are the only factions in EVE that I am unable to work for......

As to what "more stuff" is going to be, we haven't decided yet - just making less-good modules seems a waste of time, and we've covered all the generic bases, so we need to do something new and cool and unique and in keeping with the "pirate" here, I think. If you've got any ideas, make a thread.

That seems like a decent idea. The crunch on Snake implants is getting pretty ridiculous, for instance, with Intaki no longer supplying them. (For example, I think Snake Omegas have approximately doubled in price since Rev2.) I'm not sure about the status of other implants before and after the LP store though. Does anybody else know?
It's hard to think of good, unique offers for the minor factions though, since there isn't much in the database or in the background fluff addressed to them.

Actually, here's a funky idea: what if the minor factions offered instant standings "fixes" for other appropriate factions. For example, Syndicate corps would offer for isk and LP an x point standings increase with Angels and Serpentis, and bypassing the cap on derived standings. Probably with a cap on the final standings of zero though.
It's unique, it addresses a weakness in the current system (imo), and it seems vaguely appropriate given their role as intermediaries... Technically feasible though? * * * In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

It has been mentioned but like the Pirate skins onto regular t1 ships. or maybe add 1 bonus to them. guess that makes them faction. but id love to get plain t1 ships with faction paint jobs.
Or ammo with different damage types than the empire ones due to excessive experimentation and crazy professors. so hybrid ammo with tads of em or explosive damage, or crystals with a small bit of erm explosive damage... or will it make them too powerful.

Hope you include Ammatar in that list of minor factions.
While there are Ammatar Navy modules they are just direct copies of Amarr Navy modules so nothing uniqe with them. Then there are no faction ammo, nor any faction ships.
And to make it even worse you need Republic Fleet tags BUT you won't get any missions against Republic fleet (only one I have seen is Enemies Abound 5/5) so impossible to loot them, I have more Gallante Navy tags then I have Republic Fleet. And you will have to travel 15-20 jumps to even buy them as with none looting them in the region there is none selling them either. ---------------------------------------- A Guide to Scan Probing in Revelations |

Why don't you ask for nexus chips while you're at it? I wish I had any mods in my Intaki Space Police LP store. I suppose I'm still better off than Trust or Interbus runners.
I run ISP for tags, Caldari to spend the Gallente tags, and I fly 20 jumps periodically to buy LP off a friend and use the republic tags. Works fine for me.

First off, Kudos Greyscale for responding. A dev response to a simple question like this is greatly appreciated. Why it can't be done when it comes to more simple game mechanic oriented things I don't know (probably because they are busy fixing said game mechanics?)
Right off the top of my head I can think of something that would make the pirate faction lp stores unique. Destroyer/BC class faction ships anyone?

We'll probably have a look over them while we're doing it, but right now the Ammatar store is in good shape compared to almost everyone else. It'll probably get some unique ships if I get my way, and maybe a few unique mods, but we're kinda treating it as an extension of Amarr right now as there's no obvious basis on which to differentiate it from the Amarr. If you've got sensible suggestions on this front, let me know

That's the problem. It's an Amarr navy store with half the faction stuff missing (ammo and ships). Why would you choose Ammatar over Amarr?
As for how to fix it. Faction ships would be great but why not throw in some Minmatar stuff there. They are Minmatar working for Amarr, have they really lost all their Minmatar technology? That would make them unique without making it overpowered in anyway I can see. ---------------------------------------- A Guide to Scan Probing in Revelations |

Hm, well apart from the "named" rigs (which I think would be very pirate-y) there are some other ideas that spring to mind for me, possibly some booster related bits and pieces? Illegal modifications and drugs seem appropriate for the lawless factions. Perhaps also include some kind of thermodynamics rig, some kind of item that can interact with the HEAT system and give some kind of bonus to it?
Again, pirates seem as though they ought to have good tweaking for their ships since they're willing to bend the rules (besides, running for them is damn hard ) Prodesse Non Nocere

I do a lot of Intaki Space Police missions. I completely agree the LP store is far-less equal than empire LP stores and glad to hear that there is work being done to change that.
What I would recommend is having faction turn-in tags of Concord D.E.D. (I know with Space Police, they do include Concord D.E.D).
The items in the LP store, I don't feel would have to be 100% unique to that faction. I am sure everyone would really like to turn in LP's to get a Rattlesnake, myself included. I do feel though that they should have ammunition, but why not offer certain ships/modules that are offered in Empire LP stores.
The justification I can see is (using Intaki as an example):
A) They are pirate factions, thus during their courses they do come across 'acquired' goods from their activities. For example, Intaki Space Police competitors is Guristas ( http://www.eve-online.com/corporations/c_1000146.asp ).
B) Secret funding by other corporations on continued efforts in their wars. (Other corporations that have like competitors- 'the enemy of my enemy is my ally'.
I would also add drugs/boosters and the like for pirate faction LP stores.

We're probably going to make Amarr Navy crystals available through the Ammatar store - it's judged that it's wasteful just to duplicate them all exactly and rename them "Ammatar" when there's no difference between them and no real IC reason (right now at least) why the Ammatar wouldn't be using Amarrian ammo. Mixing in some Minmatar-sourced tech is something we'll have a think about. Right now though there's no driver for this, as (unlike the Khanid) there's nothing to differentiate Ammatar tech from Amarr. If and when we get access to new factional ships, we may be able to author in some racial attributes that make a more defined module line more compelling.
The Ammatar Omen should go really damn fast. That's an indisputable fact.

How about "pardons" or "political favors" sold by LP stores? These would be one use certificates that increase your standing with the faction in question. Only work if your current standing is negative with the faction. The idea is that these could be sold to those with 'irreparable' faction standing.

I'll add my /signed to this here. The BPC is a good idea, but perhaps a better and more ideal one is the drug use skillbooks (penalty reduction ones). Currently they go for like 250m and are quite difficult to get in the places they drop (low drop rate and you can't control which type you get either). Non pirate factions have books so this makes sense.

Hmm, can you add the +180% 100MN Thukker Afterburner to the Thukker mix store for an insane amount of LPs and isk? I was thinking 1 mil LPs and a billon isk. This is the best BS AB in the game AFAIK, and it would make a great reward for thukker players, although they would have to do a ton of missions to get it.
Also, I would like to see some interesting stuff in the Sisters of Eve LP store. Currently they have only implants, and a few of the more common beancounter and consol implants. Since the Sisters are supposed to be concerned with exploration and R&D on the Eve gate, give them a multi-purpose rig to boost all three of salvage, hacking and archeology. Or use the current implants but give SoE a xx-2.5 version that adds 1% more than the equivalent xx-2 version but costs twice the LPs and isk?

I, for one, am really curious about the Interbus minor faction. They really need a station to turn in LP gained from missions. (and a storyline agent? *begs*) Since they are supposed to be cool with every Empire faction, it would be nice if their LP store included things like the afore-mentioned 'mini-standings boost' discussed by a few people. Maybe even faction hull mods, like a faction cargo container, WCS, or nanofiber. C'mon, they even have sovereignty over a system but no station?
