I was thinking about what to do with corpse. A lot obvious answers like extracting implants and getting components to build those would have the same impact to prices then the mess that is the LP shop. That seams not to be the way to go.
I hope I now got a cool and reasonable idea. Let's say you got a POS structure which we want to call "Forensic Lab" for now. You take a corpse of a random player and drop it into that lab. Push a button and wait a bit for the meal ... err ... process to get done. After it's finished with it's magic a keycard will appear in the lab. This key can be used to get view access to hangars/wallets of the former corpse owner. I would let the process run over night and let it chance based what the key can access.
This idea would add something new to the game and with it filthyness fit quite nicely into the darkish game world that is EVE. It would not cut down on any current market part but will add the option to sell keys to known enemies of the former corps owner and thus increase player interaction. It would add some useful content for those players that are interested in intelligence or spy work.
Don't ask me what would have to be done about those millions of corpses that stink about in players hangars. Maybe let them melt like snowballs did.

So you'd get a T1 cap recharger from 1, 10 million out of the account of another and a fully faction fitted CNR out of a 3rd one?
Where's the risk vs reward ratio on this?

Possible additional options might include; -chance to get docking/other rights in stations when poded person had docking rights, for a limited time like 30 minutes after activationg the key. -chance to not get automatically shot by POS that would not autmatically shot poded person. No entering shield tho, and turrets still answer direct attack. -chance to view randomly chosen (20% of) offers and transactions and contracts (I think whole wallet is too much) -chance to view randomly chosen 20% of items in hangar You personaly visit.
All those things should work for time, 5 minutes to 1 hour. After that time, security officers realise that something is wrong and update Your access codes.
Possible risks that might be involved; -in empire and lowsec You could loose security status -in NPC stations You might get temporary (1 week to 3 months) denial of docking rights and very negative standing.
I'd love the ability to dock in hostile stations, that would add new deph to ninja trading :)

I really like the idea of getting docking rights with a key. If you can combine both view access and docking rights you can add the limitation that you have to go to that station and dock to take a look into hangars.
It should be fairly easy to implement given that CEOs of station holding corps can already see all rented corp hangars.
Corp/personal wallet access could be limited to stations that got a office of that corp. Those keys should be contraband and thus spying on empire stations would be a bit more risky. You may even go so far that a pilot with such a key in his hold or that used it gets a flagging to the target corp. That shouldn't be hard to implement either.
