The owner of the PI structures on the planet has to be the one picking up the goods.
However, if those are separate accounts, you could fly both up and have the alt drop a jetcan and then move the goods out and drop them into the can - your blockade runner pilot can then loot the can.
This may be tad fiddly if you are working in lowsec and local has some evil looking people that may or may not drop on your head at the customs office.

It depends largely on what you're going to be doing. If you're flying cargo in low or nullsec, you'll want something that'll let you survive long enough to get away, and a properly-fit blockade runner will certainly do that.
On the other hand, if you're staying in a (relatively) safe area, an industrial ship might be the way to go; most of them only have one high slot (and most don't go very fast), but they have larger cargobays, which will mean fewer back-and-forth trips that might attract attention. |

To elaborate on that process:
- Collect something small like one unit of product from the customs office into your own cargo - Jet into a can - Drag/drop the rest of all of the product into the can directly - Pick up with main
Just wanted to be sure you didn't think "ah crap, that's gonna suck dropping 100 m3 at a time into the can", if you have both the can and the office open then you should be able to drag to it directly and skip your cargo ^^ The Drake is a Lie |

No buy a fully T2 rigged/fitted Iteron mark 5, they go for more ISK and look nicer on the killboards.
Back on topic:
only the owner of the installations on the planet can acces the stuff you have in the costum office, so you can use the above mentioned jet-can technique or you can train those alts into a cheap industrial ship if you are using high-sec planets
Another way is to not use the launch pad for export but the control centre, this means your stuff will be shot into space at a random spot and appear in a jetcan, just fleet your main and alt and warp them to the can with a fleet warp so the main can pick it up. J'Poll Recruiter - Imperial Legi0n

Just for reference, the Primae doesn't have any skill requirements. Only reason I mentioned it. 4 or 5 million each. FuzzWork Enterprises http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/ Blueprint calculator and other 'useful' utilities. |
