another strategy would be to fit a bunch of damps, but that would gimp your setup and i assume you are trying to pirate, not just kill crows.
you could also try going somewhere else. doubt he's gonna follow you
The only way a munnin or rupture is gonna kill a crow is if the crow pilot is a nub matey. we killed 1 in a frig gang last night and he was shooting me for ages. the only hit he got was on approach when i let my transversal slip slightly too tight to get a quick tackle. it takes a crow no time at all really to get up to speed and when in orbit it's all over.

A vaga should kill a crow easy. Use mwd to fly away from him and start shooting (i think t2 220 will be best for this)
I never had the chance to try this but i think this should kill it

Theres a very simple way that can be used in any ship really. If you find yourself being attacked in-belt then just fly into the roids, it'll bump him and then he will die - simply put. Your signature exceeds the maximum allowed filesize of 24000 bytes -Kreul Intentions ([email protected]) |

Muninn with 720s and T1 ammo will still track ceptors at about 30k. If they get into orbit closer the muninn is screwed. But if the pilot is smart and is aligned that shouldn't ever happen. -

Hehe well im speaking from my experiance, i have killed:
Quote: Interceptor6 |0
Some are solo, most are in a 1-3 man stealth bomber gang. I suppose it all depends on both pilots, who is more daring :D When my missiles hit a ceptor they take it to about 30% structure on the first volley :P
It can also be usefull to have another interceptor in your gang, to bait it, and get a web on it if possible. Then the stealthbomber(s) can uncloak and fire.
Just words from my experience :D
edit: Plus those stealth bomber setups on your killboard are pretty naff :D

nobody in a crow engages that
I could also say 'buy a titan and doomsday him!!1112' and also miss the point.
The stealthbomber is made for that job. unfortunetaly cruise missiles are large-scale weapons and thus need some time to skill ;/
You'd be surprised how many crow pilots will go for a caracal. Most setups have heavies on afterall. It's just tailoring the fit for fast ships and the crow pilot wont necessarily know how you are setup.
It's a cheap setup for a caracal and costs far less than potentially losing an SB. Insure your caracal buy Assault II which are cheap as chips and away to go. The only expensive bit are the T2 drones.
It's great to practice with because afterall you're insured so wont lose much but could gain some nice T2 equipment for your own inty.

I love taking on people with t2 drones and t2 precision missiles with my Crow, taking them on a merry conga behind me as the pilot goes WTF.
Stealth Bombers are easy pickings for a compotent Crow pilot.
I have seen Gistii, Snaked out Crows get killed by Rifters though, a particular pilot specialises in eating Intys with his setup.
/me got jacked by a Crow last night in my Rifter, he was only at 6km/s but was fairly compotent and annihalated me, gf

PLEASE tell me how to make my Warrior IIs on an Arbi go 10+ km/s
Cause I've tried and I would REALLY like to know.
EDIT: Not to mention you need to put a web on the bastard to actually kill him...there's a reason Crow pilots invest in faction MWD, and it's not because they can kill everything. -- A Solo Arbitrator vid, Distortion by Corwain |

First you read my post. Then you train Drone navigation to lvl4+ then you fit drone navigation computers. Then you put warrior II's in your drone bay and hey presto warrior II's that go over 10km/s.
Also note I said*****y interceptor pilots will die - short of been in a nanofag ship like a vaga you are not going to kill a clever ceptor pilot, ever.
However when mister crow comes into a 17km orbit in a roid belt you can drag him into the roids, launch drones and wtfpwn him with uber fast drones before he aligns.

Lool as someone else has already said. It has nothing to do with killing the crow...... It's making it run away and very few ship types allow you to do this whilst still being effective as a pirate.

Thrasher has a very good chance if you fit it right and have the skills. The Beam fitted Crusaider will go faster and deal more damage then any crow too - so just point the ship streight at the crow, and charge him. Since those missles are not using transversal, you can make that work to your advantage in terms of closing range.

Originally by: Naxie Hi,
I'm trying to take to the life of piracy, and have been spending time in a handful of lowsc systems getting some experience, but I keep getting killed by a Crow.
It's so fast I just cannot do anything about its range and its spewing out T2 missiles which I am helpless against and cannot warp away due to being jammed.
Is there anything that can kill a crow thats not an inty? I can fly frigate-battleship and AF's, both Minnie and Gallente.
Can someone please advise on fitting and tactics to take out such a fast ship.
Naxie
Crows are clearly underpowered and should not be able to be killed. Therefor CCP will add a new method of nossing so the 15km/'s crows impossibly can be killed.
I'm upset. Yarr |

Get a curse... train recon to 3 or 4, and put a neut on there. Or 2... Anything else can go in highs. Missile launchers would work nicely. Get a target painter, MWD, 20km scram, web, and some damps. Some sort of small tank in the lows. No crow is going to kill such a setup...

Hey dude, ive been checking everyday to see if any useful suggestion fitted. Some good stuff for me to try, but also too much useless talking about ships I can't fly and mods I can't afford ;(
I am going to try the T2 light drones with drone mods to help them. All this on a Vexor setup im working on.
