Originally by: Gypsio III What are the typical speeds of a T2 Crow, Gisti Crow and Snake Gisti Crow, in typical orbit and straight line, please?
T2 crow t1 missiles = easily 5000+ T2 crow t2 missiles = same with rage style, probably about 4000+ with precisions
Gistii crow = Easily 7000+ Snake crow = Priceless

1 cruiser with a damp and nosf, damp means crow wont be able to scram at 15k, if he comes closer to scram, nosf and drones should kill him easy, if we wont come in close, then u can warp away, sorted.

Nothing you can fly will give that interceptor trouble. Some setups might cause it to break off, basically sensor damps or ECM setups (if he doesn't break off, at the very least, you will be able to this way). Fly with a wingman and you have a shot, because he will have a harder time keeping his traversal up with two targets at the same time. It is a shot, understand he can still be invincible even then.

I had a crow orbiting myself at 14,000 m/s and I was in a crow myself, my top speed is only 7,000 ms. Each of his volleys brought my shields down 40-50%. My missiles (T2) never hit him. Could never get a web on him and deffenitly never had a chance.
I dont get how he can achieve 14,000 m/s and I dont understand why I got pwned so quickly.
Crows are overpowered... (Or atleast he was)

A thrasher, Sabre, Eris or Enyo (with rails) will do the job too thanks to range + tracking bonus. Flying into the belts as people have already suggested is a great tactic, just make sure you're fast enough and have the attack range to make use of the surprise.
If you're flying a vexor, warrior IIs with 3 drone navigation computers and lv4 drone navigation should be able to catch him. I'm not sure if they'll fit though, very large CPU req. Failing that, 125mm railgun IIs and tracking computers/enhancers (enough to get the tracking to 0.150 or more) with ammo tailored to 18-20km or so optimal should give him reason to Foxtrot Oscar.
Originally by: Elles D sb's die in about 10 secs to intys, especially the crow. Even with precisions, they are useless.
You need practice with stealth bombers and setups. A crow versus my Nemesis either leaves or dies. 2 would be a fight (or outright death for me if they play it right).
2 damps and an initial (ineffective) salvo to entice them less than 10km away + 1 good webifier. Unleash the missiles only after they're webbed and they mostly insta-pop (level 5 cruise missiles and faction ammo is cheap now), or end up with a sliver of structure left which the ion blaster takes care of.
Originally by: Jim McGregor I felt the disturbance... it was like a million voices suddenly stopped whining for a second. Unfortunantly it then continued.

fit a couple of multi spec jammers best named rather than tech 2 for fitting requirements and cycle them this will give you time to align and warp either that or try webber drones i don't use them but they may work, my mate fly's a nano curse and this will eat a crow for breakfast regardless of speed and missiles hope this helps

i would say a facion fitted crusader would do the trick. or a T2 if you got the skills...
Playing minmatar is "like going down a flight of stairs in a office chair firing an Uzi". |
