Alright, I've been looking in getting a fast little ship to be able to travel in and out of 0.0 without the risk of being popped by gate campers or rats in the astro. fields. Are any of these two ships or any other good for that type of work. I know I can put cloak on them but can I jump a gate with cloak??

Helios is your best bet, since it can fit a cov. ops cloak, and is therefor able to warp cloaked.
You cant activate gates when cloaked, and you will have to come out of the "gate cloak" after a jump, before you activate your own.

Helios would be better than the nemesis for that, but let me warn you. You are still not risk free. Many a time my helios has been popped at a 0.0 gate camp. All it takes is an interceptor and you are uncloaked and instalocked.

A Helios pilot can jump while cloaked fairly often by taking advantage of the decloaking timer (around 2 secs)- you can jump through a gate while you are decloaking but before you are actually visible - with a little practice all the other guy will see is a gate flash

You must be doing something wrong. Many a times i flown my helios thru gate camps and never got popped. |

Helios it is then. I'm tired of getting popped by gate campers (LoL) Now would anyone know if I could share my bookmark with like a friend or corp member; is that possible??

I might be wrong but I thought that once you uncloak you instantly appear on the overview regardless of the animation of uncloaking. (Not that anyone could actually do anything to you after you click jump on the gate..)

The best way to kill a cov ops ship in 0.0 (in my experience) is using an interdictor sphere, then when it decloaks, fly towards it in an inty pop drones out and hope you decloak it before its out the bubble. Likewise I find it easy to counter-act this by fitting a microwarp drive and some nanos/istabs, then i double click to start aligning to my warp point, hit the MWD then cloak, this gives you a nice speed boost and hopefully puts you outside the bubble and able to warp before you get de-cloaked.

Bottom line is that it's tough to catch a CovOps ship in any kind of gatecamp. I mean, hella tough. The highest risk is if there's a bubble and an interceptor on your entry gate. I've never run across an Inty that can lock me fast enough between de-gate cloak and cloak activation. I'm sure it can be done, but it's not something you're likely to run across every day. However, if you need to tick on the microwarpdrive before the cloak it gives an extra split second that is indeed dangerous.
Personally, I've run through many a gatecamp in my Helios and I've yet to get nailed on the entry gate. Exit gates are a bit trickier, but getting trapped in a system is a better alternative than getting popped in a system in a CovOps. I'm sure some day I'll come across that insta lock Inty with hyper-reflexes. Until that day I'll just be passing through. --- Wherever you go, there you are.

Youd have to try really hard to get popped in a gate camp in a helios. Ive never even been popped in my arazu, and its slower to align for warp, giving hostile ceptors more time to mwd towards where they saw me for a split second.
