I want to use this ship in larger gangs when we have the drop on someone or something is coming through the gate.
lows: 3x magnetic field stabs IIs, 1x tracking enhancer II, 1x rcu medium: 3x invuln field IIs, 2x sensor booster II high: 8x 425 rail gun IIs
rigs: 3x shield extension rigs.
hits 100km with uranium. what do you guys think?

If you are going for damage change the rigs to something that makes you hit harder/faster. Also see about adding a TII tracking computer or 2. Since you are using TII rails, go with Spike for the range or go with faction AM and sit closer to the action.

if you're gonna go for range. go for RANG0RZ!
Mids:
1 MWD 2 sensor booster II 2 tracking computer II
Lows:
1 tracking enhancer II 3 magnetic field stab II 1 DCU II
then as many 425II's as you can fit on the highs. you wont need a tank cause the only other ship that can hit you at max range is another rokh (you also said you'd only use it when you had the "drop" on an incoming fleet: so you will dictate range). usually you won't be that far out (not to mention you'll be play time for some arazu pilot and all his friends), but you'll still be hitting good at the 150-170k most sniper fleets engage from.
MWD to get you out of bubbles (alot more usefull than a shield booster when you are inevitably the last man out of the bubble), and the DCU'll give you a little more white knuckle time for your warp outs to your armour repping buddy.
fleet set ups ftw.

Looks good.
Personally, I'd consider dropping invulns for tracking computers - more tracking, after all, is sweet, and with a bit more of a boost, you can start using antimatter at that range.
I assume your 6th mid is a MWD? Or do you have something else in there? If rigging, I'd also be inclined to lose the RCU in favour of an ancillary current router, and just stick with another tracking enhancer. But that's mostly because I like having 80km antimatter optimal :).

for what you want your betetr of fitting something like-
8x 350mm t2
100mn mwd 1 sensor booster 1 tracking comp 1 x invuln 1 x x large shield booster
2 mag stabs 1 sensor booster low slot 1 tracking enhancer
you need a mwd in gang trust me 350mm have better trackin - do m,ore damage closer still decent range still decent tank

some good points here, i'm gonna try to work out a mwd ont here somehow. I use this ship in low sec so bubbles arent an issue, and I wont be flying it solo ever so mwd is not really necessary, though a nice luxery. I could drop a shield rig for a powergrid rig and fit another trackign enhancer on here, though im not going for a full on sniper. I want to do the max dps at 100km possible with a tank that will take a while to chew through.
