Greetings, I am not 100 percent sure if we are aloud to buy this service but if it is legit I would like someone with the ability to form an alliance to make one for me. I know it costs 1 billion isk to form this alliance and I have that covered.
I will accept bids via eve-mail and the one with the best price will get this contract. Please note I will be logging theese eve-mails and any convos reguarding this subject as proof of purchase for ccp in case any lil schemers happen to be thinking they can pull one over on meh.
this bid process will be open untill thursday night at 23:00 eve time.

Its a legit service, Although CCP won't back you if they scam you.
Hardain of CVA (Imperial Dreams) Is the most reputable guy to call to do this for you.

And no I wont join in the bidding. My fee is 150 million and you can take it or leave it.
If you do decide to go with a cheaper option with no reputation then all I can say is 'buyer beware'.
Logging conversation will not save you if you are ripped off... If you let someone into your corp, give them 1 billion of your isk and make them CEO of your corp and then expect CCP to bail you out when they rip you off then you have a nasty surprise awaiting you...
Corp theft is not an exploit after all!

Well the theft of the corp is not really my issue lol kids with ebil ideas are. I have little trust in most, obviously not many have the maturity and values of a decent person you know.
since you come in high reguards we can talk if you would chat with me a bit at some point. I will be in game here and there thursday so hopefully we can hook up.

Better if you mail me as I am likely to forget.
I already have two people in my 'creation queue' - one I expect to finish tonight and the other tomorrow. Therefore it is likely to be Saturday night or Sunday morning before I am free to do another one (As it takes 24hrs for roles to expire from each job)...
My fee is 150 million of which I ask for 75 million in advance (before I start travelling) and 75 million when I join your corp.
You corp will need to have the racial skills to accept and Amarr character and you will have to be able to make me CEO. An office in the Amarr/Misaba area also saves on travelling time. Of course you also need to give me 1 billion isk for the concord creation fee.
Finally you need an alliance name and ticker. The alliance name cannot be the same as any other individual pilot, corporation or alliance because it will not work if it is.
