Can't think of a single situation that fit would have any real use Skelee. It's slow, doesn't do much damage and has no ehp. It's trying to be a shield tanked Ashimmu and failing miserably.
Regarding the speed. Base speed of the Phantasm is only a fraction faster than a 1600mm plated Ashimmu with trimarks and is outran by a 1600mm plated Navy Omen with trimarks. It needs a good 30-40m/s extra base speed as it stands... |

Reduced the cap bonus to 15% rather than 20% because from what I know of CCP systems, capfree lasers would cause the buttons in station to appear upside down, and the overview to turn pink when you are being sensor disrupted. |

Another low on the Succubus so you could fit for 240dps overheated with a neut as well and 8.5k EHP would be nice, though to get it to fit PG wise you'd still be limited to an AB which sucks. As it is your tank and gank are just fighting each other too much in the lows with only 2 slots, and as mentioned you are slow as hell with no room to fit nanos. |

Fun fact did you'll know that back in the day they were a EM missile and laser armour tank ship? They got the first pie ship bump back one the rest were still turds. So Its funny that they bumped all the other pie ships and set them a little above the Sansha's ships. I have been flying them sense I started, I used horrible phantasm fit to camp a COSMOS site in the Deltole region as a newb to make my millions because missions were for chumps. Your Input on PvP uses is just showing me that I would be better spending my cash on more and better ships for that.
But after thinking about it may be I should be looking to get a Phantasm fit for PvE. Its extra highs and plentiful mids could be used for a scanning/mag/radar ship. So that's the direction I'll be taking my trials on sisi. Feel free to post more PvP fits but as of now I'm just going to try and find a way to make this work for low sec exploration instead, though I doubt it will ever equal a Gila it may prove to be faster for smash and grab stuff. |

I have flown both of them, along with other "similar purpose" alternatives like assault frigates, Dramiel, Daredevil (in the Succubus' case) and Harbinger, Hurricane, and I plan to fly Omen Navy Issue soon (in the Phantasm's case). The Sansha ships just feel like they have the right idea, but just lack that punch they need to make them excel in their field. |

Silas Where'd you get the active shields out of? They don't get shield resist bonuses or shield boost bonuses, and they use lasers, which use cap. That sounds like "shield buffer" to me, since their low slots can't support armor tanks. |

a 20% cap use per level for lasers would work with adding a 5th turret, just needs a little bit more pg or better yet add the 20% cap use bonus and the 5th turret slot while keeping everything else the same unfortunately i see it as the only way for that ship to be used in PVP as an overbonused boat, and in PVE it is barely competetive with other race's ships. the mach, vargur, tengu are all seen in amarr space and as far as i can see are also USED MORE than the nightmare.
the nightmare has only 2 places because it is a bit underpowered, in incursion fleets and missioning in Amarr space, and just having one is hanging a target on your head because of the base cost of the hull being in the 1 bil range nowdays ( on both ends of suppy and demand) means its a target for gankers wanting to harvest tears. |

It makes me sad that one of best looking ships in game is completely unsused and for it's price... well... useless. Cynabal wins an all levels, even with damage which makes no sense since lazors should have cca 20% more base dmg.
I would rly like to see it buffed. Same thing goes for succubus. Even after dramiel's nerf it's still worse. |

Regardless, I've looked at the sansha ships and they are pretty underwhelming. Compared to any of the faction/t2 stuff, they are neither terribly good nor do anything interesting. They are pure gank and tank ships that lack any real advantage over their navy/t2 counterparts. It's not that they suck, a phantasm is certainly a match for a navy omen for example. The problem is it's exactly that, a match. The phantasm is nothing more than a shield tanked navy omen. It doesn't even have the usual speed/agility advantages you'd expect from a shield tanker. The same can be said for the succubus and the nightmare.
The Phantasm got a special nerf all its own a year or so ago, after they had buffed all the Pirate ships to their present levels on a previous expansion, Apocrypha or Dominion, I think. The Succubus never really was all that after the buff and still isn't. But the Phantasm was pretty darn good after the original Pirate buff, but still not as OP as the Cynabal was back then. They took away some HP, speed, and shield regen, I think. Not sure why, since it was still only a little better than a Navy Omen. |

Ok quick boost idea.
Add 2 missile launcher slots and a little bit of CPU and Power Grid to use them with on all there hulls.
Add 5 M3 drone bay and 5bdw to the succubus.
If there sposta be the faction of MAX DAMAGE!! then atleast make it so they can bring all there hi-slots to bear ageanst the enemy!
Even just the 2 added unbonused missile slots, fitting, and the one drone to the succubus would go a long way twords that goal. I am in Factional Warfare. Have been from day one.-á-áI will never work for a mega corp in null-sec. Do not make FW like null-sec.-áMake FW worth our time. Reword us for what we already do.Give us some more activities to do. |
