Ok can someone explain this to me, I see an Amarr Navy Slicer blueprint that costs 30k LP with a production limit of 30.. is that the amount of runs? __________________________ It's great beeing Amarr, ain't it?

Wrong forum, you want Stations and Starbases.
But to answer your question, no. The amount of runs on a BPC is just above that under the field Licensed Production Runs Remaining. Production limit is the maximum number of runs a BPC can have. There is a maximum number of units you can build from each production run, but this is not listed in the information window anywhere.
Also, you need to make sure you are distinguishing between a Blueprint Original (BPO) and Blueprint Copy (BPC). BPOs have Unlimited under the Licensed Production Runs Remaining field, BPCs have an integer.

Production limit is a factory setting. Literally it is how many of the items you may set for building in any one production batch.

This is not correct, Ray's answer is correct.
It is the number of runs you can have on a BPC copied from that BPO.
