C-R-A initial buy about 13 months ago was 10k per share C-R-A expansion at start of 2007 had dutch auction reaching 14k per share
C-R-A won't be closing any time soon, I am very much looking forward to our second birthday
If you want information on the C-R-A Annual Report have a look here
If I can raise the cash fast enough I will buy those shares up, but this all hinges on what Eefrit does with FIN-U.

Uh, wow, over 52 bil worth of goodies. Nice "stash".
As for PSRS, it's at exactly IPO price, one 7% dividend has been paid, at least 12 or more coming (monthly on the 10th), no forseable liquidation term, most probably getting full (or close to full) money invested back when (if) liquidation occurs (due to the nature of the bussiness). The Pillowsoft one, hmm, not quite sure, but from what I've heard also likely to keep going for a while and also get full money back on liquidation. That's more than half the value of the lot so far. "In Nyphur we trust", heh. _

yeah, i upped the price of LMTA and PIF (and adjusted the returns): originally they sold for 1mil @ 10% which i considered "standard" back then.
buuuut invention drove down returns on a global scale or money has gotten cheap due to the sheer amount or ISSO just lowered the bar drastically and these days 7% is considered "good" already -.- so i thought i'd blatantly abuse that trend and inflate the price so it still equals 8% returns
anyway - nyph wasn't sure either, yesterday in the eggsex channel, but he also thought something like mid'08 to be the maturity date of his bonds/shares/whatever - PIF that is.
yeah... i wasn't sure about C-R-A, but i believe i got them for 14.4k...? aaand if i'm not mistaken, they (he) split profits into 50/50 divies and reinvestment...? so i thought i'd bump that price aswell ^^ - putting the gist back into logistics |

i kinda quit: college is over and i'll be moving... somewhere... at the end of this month -.-
so i thought i'd have a big bang with that money. current "plan" is to support those who are trying to beat up ISS (CAOD readers may have noticed) but i'm still reading up on suggestions about that
if there's time etcetcblahblah i will return (and i wouldn't be surprised if that'd only take a month or two). anyway, this is a break from the current "routine" and i thought i'd "celebrate" it.
i've made these >40bil - plus what i have in my wallet/still in the market - after i had given ISS _all_ my money back then (therefore my involvement). so if i take my leave with.. say... ~5bil, i'm sure i'll get back up again in the future.
so.. now buy them off me if you want ISS to get kicked those who reeeeaaaally want to help, plz buy my ISSO shares -.- - putting the gist back into logistics |

Hi Remy, if only I had the isk to buy the lot (working of that one though)
Initially could I offer to buy (trade in game when your online, or via Ferrosa/Ionia is cool) 500 PSRS = 500mil 200 FRPB = 200mil 200 PIF = 250mil 200 LTMA = 250mil
I have a couple of questions if OK: I'm also interested in lots of C-R-A, but I have mine valued at 15,000 each (also EGESX Average price) and they pay 4-5% at this price so could you do discount on these, or bulk buy discount, or is this the final price?
Also interested in tividu if you could eve mail me some background, I couldn't find their corp name etc so not sure how to go about research on them.

So you're going to sell your ISSO shares which have given you ~655mil a month for 9 months (~5,900,000,000 total) and take those billions and pay someone to put the beat down on them.
Why? In my opinion they have delievered exactly what they said they where, 5%.

Just thought I'd weigh in and clear up a few questions as it's important people know what they are investing in.
PIF IPO price was 1m/bond at a dividend rate of 10% monthly. Each month, a PIF bond will generate 100k isk. At the maturity date of 1st June 2008, it will liquidate and pay out a final 1m/bond dividend. This business is stable and at IPO price is the highest rate you will find with a solid name behind it. I won't try and dissuade anyone from reselling at elevated prices but advise that buyers always investigate what they're investing in before doing so.
PSRS IPO price was 1m/share at a dividend rate of 7% monthly, that's 70k isk per month per share. The 7% is guaranteed for 4 months starting this month which has already paid, which means that guarantee ends at the end of this calendar year. Starting January onward, the minimum guaranteed rate will be 5% and while I'd like to promise I can guarantee a 7% return next year and would love to get up to 9% as , if the market doesn't improve we may actually dip down to 5%. The market declining should not be viewed as a fault on my part as lower floors on returns are clearly defined in the IPO document.
PIF will not be releasing any new bonds, ever. PSRS, on the other hand, will likely be expanding into other markets eventually by releasing more shares. I'll only do that if I can find something that can promise more than a 10% profit margin as it means I can hopefully get above 7% overall even if the original business drops to 5%. I'm going to need to make a whole mess of spreadsheets to find something viable and fluid so don't expect anything really soon. If you missed out on the PSRS IPO, now's a good chance to grab some from Roemy at IPO price.

Please don't treat this "Market Discussion" forum the same as COAD. Like most threads on this forum it involves discussion of Public companies. Roemy posted she was going to take that 13+billion from the sales of the ISSO shares and fund an attack on said company.
I don't think it's trolling to ask why? This action could directly effect those who have ISSO shares, and for someone to use sell off shares and use the ISK to directly attack ISSO peeked my interest. I have read Roemy's posts in this forum and to my understanding her only complaint was it had a flat 5% return. I want to know if there is something deeper then low flat rate of return.
So yes I still am very interested in why Roemy is selling these shares to fund an assault on ISSO. So if you don't mind I'll wait for Roemy to reply, if she wants to.
Thank you.

To quote Neo from the matrix "because I choose to". ISSO obviously ****ed her off enough to warrant spending that kind of ISK. Its really not for you to question why. It would be entertaining if mercs were hired to attack and harrass ISSO.

I am at work atm and unable to get in the game. Could I get a 24 hour reservation to purchase 7,000 shares of C-R-A @ 16k each for total of 112 million and 100 shares PSRS @ 1 mill each for total of 100 million? Grand total 212 million. noted and noted
not ingame myself, but i doubt a reservation is necessary - buuuut one never knows ^^
@ sencnes - hummm i was not only disappointed with the 5%. the ****ed-off point-of-no-return was reached when i was told to be grateful for divies. this may be perfectly fine for a weekend warrior but it was a nice con-job for the serious investor, with the pdf, the great looking staff, the activity in the sales thread, the history if ISS and all.
buuut i'm leaving EVE for an indefinite amount of weeks. i enjoyed all those tiny little market-pvp-successes. i enjoyed making lots of business with people here. i want to give something back to this part of the community. if ISS learns from that, even better.
anyway - selling ISSO isn't really important for the project. without the promised buy-back option, you can't get rid of them too fast. i'm selling maybe 10-20 a week... ? i'll be moving at the end of this month, so to me they're worth less than ever before.
even if they are bombed out of esoteria, they are still bound to pay those 5% minimum. basically, the fanbois have nothing to worry there, now do they - putting the gist back into logistics |

Roemy, Thanks for taking the time out to reply. I had a feeling it might have been that, I had my "Theory" I was going to post a reply to Dr. Slurm but hit cancel instead. I about hit the nail on the head as to why you are ****ed off. I was reading all your posts on any ISSO thread, and came to that conclusion.
I'll admit when I read the PDF it did make out that 5% minimal would be paid and I too originally thought it could get higher. However after a while I re-read the PDF very carefully and found there was no promise of anything higher at all. I put it down to myself not reading it correctly, so it's my mistake.
Best of luck, I know we don't know each other but I have taken serious note of what you say in threads.

The part that makes little sense to me is that when someone leaves the game for an indefinite amount of time, investments like Roemy has are the best thing to have. That way when you come back you'll have more money than you left with. But I suppose if you don't care about that it doesn't matter... it just seems counter to conventional thinking. I'd think people would sell shares upon returning to the game so they could spend their money on things.
