I managed to do this to myself.
If you want to kill someone without a fair fight, have concord do it for you.
How, you may ask, can I do that? Well, its quite easy actually. As most mission runners are carebears with awesome ships and kits. They can be hard to get into a fight, as well as hard to beat in a fight once you get them to engage. They do however tend to be helpful to other mission runners.
So what do you do? You get a ship of appropriate size for a mission (which you also get), insure it and fit it with all the cheapest mods you can while still looking authentic as a mission runner. Get an alt in some kind of ship with a decent cargo bay that can potentially use a scanner. You then get a BM for your alt, work your way to a hard place in the mission, and warp out. Give the BM to the alt.(you don't want the alt in the gang)
WTF? Yep, warp out, get on local and ask for some help. (Your tank just isn't hard enough. Does anyone have repper bots or remote repair mods they can put on you?) You're pretty likely to get at least one carebear to help, possibly several. (If the carebears are worried about gang dropping/looting tactics, let them create the gang. Your alt has a BM so he can get in anyhow.)
Several, I don't want to fight 4 CNR's at the same time!!!! You don't have to. Get all the help you have acquired to start repping you as you begin engaging that hard part in the mission (naturally you want to do the killing, its your first time in this mission).
Ok now what, I don't have aggro and if I did they'd stop repping me as soon as I shot at them. Well, now you target a wreck and fire away. In warps Concord and you and everyone that was repping you is sitting in a pod going WTF(you too cuz you have to keep up appearances).
OMG!!! Then you warp in your alt who had the BM, under the guise that he scanned you out, and steal the loot from all the carebear's wrecks. Voila!!! instant riches and no one knows your "mission runner" was in on it. Not to mention you just ganked several carebears at once.
Oh, and to make it even better, filing a petition won't do any good. When you accept the responsibility of helping someone, you also accept the consequences of their actions. I know this from first hand experience. PETITION DENIED So then your carebear victim is out the ship, out his mods that just made you rich, and has no repercussion to persue. EGO BUSTED!!! Oh, and if you have a gang instead of an alt, you can warp in and insta pod the Carebears and destroy all the pretty little implants as well.
Of course, make sure you have a particular grudge against either mission runners in general or the corporations they work for or the whole podding thing may be considered greifing.
Have fun,
Surrah

Shooting your own wreck doesn't lead to a CONCORDing. Not sure if shooting a gang mate's wreck does. =\

You only need to shoot a wreck flagged as another corporation.
I agree I don't have the features to be a holoreel star. Most people have missed the point that this is Mobsters Online and that carebears are at the bottom of the foodchain. |

interesting tactics, will work for a time until its broadcast in the mission hubs. Making em public is good but expect everyone to pick up on em might get 2 weeks before everyone is "in" on it Group mission invasions |

Just had an idea: Although I am not a pirate myself, a nice touch would be to have your ship have some structure damage when you invite other peeps to help you - it will give that "oh, he almost got busted by rats" false feeling.

Have the 'alt' with the BM pop one rat, then fire at that wreck.
