I could count 4 different but I not sure i'm getting it right.
- Same engine and models as today. - Same models as today but engine improvement. - New models and engine. - New models and engine and SM3.0 bonus.
Wich one wont get in and even wich one I could have forgot ?

If you want the new models you HAVE to have SM3, so the third option is out.
Im not sure if the second option is true, but probably.

And in that dev blog you can explain what the hell is going on with the pics of that geddon you took down.
You took them down, so obviously you listened to us, which is part of what makes CCP an awesome company, but a statement about what is being done would be fantastic.

See here and here.
That second link ended up confusing me more than anything else.
So let's say i have a computer that can run DX9 SM3. Which rendering path will give the the most performance? I would assume the DX9 client would lower my performance a bit, but then again it's an optimized engine and won't eat all of the CPU's power.
But if i read right from that link, the DX8 rendering will also be running through the optimized engine, leading me to believe the best path for performance is DX8, even if my hardware supports DX9 SM3. Is this correct?
Oh, and another question, if i download the full DX9-capable client, will i be able to switch from DX9 to DX8 or do i have to choose one of them when installing?

It will depend on the performance of your graphics card on DX8 content vs. its performance on DX9 SM3, both on the hardware itself and the drivers.
