What is happening, I see hacs rising in price with each passing day, and they are dissaperaing fromt he markets, just see small quantities nothing big like usual?
Even comamnds, used to be less than 105 mill, and many went over 118?
I know small changes are coming, but damn, whats up! I see claymores even climbing and them ships were ugly ducklings of the invention, 80 mill a pop.
People should focus on hac production, I do not want to pay 105 mill a hac! I want back to normal 90-95 mill.

Well, since you don't want to pay it we better fix it!
Personally I like it, I love the price changes going on.

I don't know which HAC you are talking about, but I can say that Muninn prices are definitely crashing. -------------------

ME datacore prices are rising; that's the primary cause of the price movement you see. The other, more subtle factor is that the upcoming change to multiple-outcome invention means fleet command ship* prices will rise, as the market is no longer flooded with a bunch of invented BPC's for ships that the inventors don't want, but that they (rightly) regard as a sunk cost, and therefore produce off of simply to cut their losses.

*: And recons, and tier-1 'ceptors, though the tier-1 'ceptors have some other shininess coming down the pipe, as well. I think AF's share bases (Hawk/Harpy/Merlin, no?), but that market is kinda crappy, anyway. --

Blame the speculators for driving up the prices of Mech Eng datacores and decryptors. Check out episode 16 of Eve Tv .. the market reporter bascially says "buy mech eng datacores and you will make money come Rev 3".
The inventors are not going to keep their prices down, they will simply pass on the costs.
Speculators make a profit and everyone else pays for it.
(oh and I bet some of those speculators whine about the high costs of invented ships)

Prices have been driven up and are now being driven down especially in the 5 main market hubs and regions. There is no reason except that some big wallets had some fun.

Prices on a LOT of ships and some modules will jump when Rev 3 hits. I wouldn't be surprised to see the prices jump within 48 hours of the patch going live, if not 24-48 before it does.
This kind of patch is a wet dream for people who can accurately predict market changes. Rev 1 and Rev 2 were both amazingly good for my bottom line and I have no doubt Rev 3 will be as well.
