I don't care, I'd hit that **** purely on the fact that Portal oozes awesomeness.
I mean... srsly... you buy a copy of portal from steam, start to download and your router turns into an icecube because of the sheer awesomecoolness of the game tbh.
Other than the Half-Life series of games, I've never enjoyed any other game so much as Portal.
...well, maybe some games, but you don't need a computer for them.

Yea immenjoying portal too. However it seems im stck on a part of testchamber 19.
Its the bit just after using the missile turret to break a window so you can get to a ventelation shaft below a tube with cubes floating through. Thing is i cant get to the shaft?
Anyone shed any light?

Thanks to my (stupid) decision to purchase The Orange Box as a real, solid product from Play.com rather than a steam download, combined with the postal strike (which I totally support btw) my Orange Box has only just today arrived.
I've been assiduously avoiding reading *anything* about Portal and am saving it for last, so I am, currently, a mass of nerves and excitement while I wait for it all to install!
I'm 38 years old and feel like a teenager again, how sad am I?

Interesting thread, because I saw the original portal game being touted by the students on one of the TV computer game programmes, some time ago.
The girl doing the blurb didn't manage to explain it very well at all, and it was pretty much just mentioned as a "look at these students in la-la land" **** take item at the end of the show.
Gald it worked out for them. Will be buying the Orange Box to check it out.
