Edited by: Samuel Freedom on 20/10/2007 17:25:28 Hello,
I have been considering becoming a support char for minning ops, mission running and eventually fleet battles for PVP(but this last goal is some way off). I think my Charisma may be a bit to low though. Anyway here are my Skills . If I am going to do this I want to max it all and be the best I can be, so what do you think ?
thx.
RFIT - Would it be worth training up my charisma for 1 point which = 12 days 21 hours ?

Yes, anyone can become a good command ship pilot. And with your gunnery, you could do well.

I took a toon, with alot less Charisma all the way to Fleet Command 3 and all spec warfare link skills to 4. That is just a small part of creating a good support char. It is important if you want to provide bonii to the fleet to last long enough for you bonii to help and provide dps at the same time. You still need the ship, weapon and various other modules to make you useful.
Being able to fly a couple different Fleet Command ships makes you more of an asset since you can fill in different roles as either a FC that gives great skirmish war bonii, acting as WC for armor tankers or shield tankers, or a SL with info war bonii for the EW squad.
