Also i have been able to defeat 2 pvp fits on a pve ship on the same fight... of course... i was on a Rokh vs a sb and a lachescis... and i just sort of tanked them and keep playing with drones until they had to warp away.
PVE ships if FITTED very properly can do both PVE and PVP at same time properly.. but most of time this involves using cap boosters and the like... which carebears dont know how to handle.
and yes give criminal flag to those that tractor yellow wrecks, we need more pew pew in high sec and i will LOVE to shoot at ppl or get shoot by people.
Ok, thought of a really good compromise here.
Personally, it is too unbalanced to allow other players to just come in and simply tractor all the wrecks in your mission.
Expecially with the introduction of the noctis, which at lvl 5 with t2 tractors has a range of 96km, and has a very fast cycle time on tractors and salvagers.
Now, I already specified my first comment which was to make wrecks last 3 hrs instead of 2 and for the last hr they become blue wrecks allowing anyone to take them. This is established like this because the corp that you are running missions for is actually who is in control of those wrecks, because they essentially sent you in to take over that mission area for them. So as a bonus reward they allow you to salvage all the wrecks. However, if you don't clean them up in a certain amount of time, then someone needs to, so they become blue for an hour.
However, the next part refers more to what you're suggesting. Your comments on being able to tractor wrecks seems to refer specifically to player wrecks and not npc wrecks. So, when a player has a ship destroyed, the odds of them coming back to salvage it are next to none. Unless the ship was destroyed while running a mission, which is not very common at all. So, with that in mind, I suggest that any time a player ship is wrecked, the wreck is actually marked as blue. This is because we are all aware that 95% of the time the original pilot will not come back for the wreck. HOWEVER, the person who wrecked the ship can't neccissarily claim ownership because it was never truly theres to begin with. SOOO, any time a player ship is destroyed, the wreck is set as blue and it becomes a first come first serve situation and everyone is able to tractor it, loot it, and salvage it with no reprecussions.
