Greetings citizens of Amarr and other Empires. Today the researchers of The Society of Amarrian Industrialists have completed an impartial review of customer satisfaction data derived from two sources.
1. Several Amarr owned shipyards including Praetoria and Epitoth. 2. Several Minmatar owned shipyards including Gradient and Rho Dynamics and Reawakend facilities.
The operatives of The Society were able to obtain customer service data previously not released by the Minmatar industrial corporations. In the past the Minmatar have always refused to release such data claiming it was for "internal use only" while the Amarrians on the other hand have held our policy of "open information" for all.
Reviewing the data explains why they failed to share it with anyone.
RESEARCH STUDY RESULTS - AMARR vs. MINMATAR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
As you can see by this study the Amarrian built ships exceeded by wide margins the Minmatar built vessels. Customer satisfaction after 30 days was over 98% for the Amarrian shipyard products while the Minmatar owners had a far less plesant experience. Customer complaints recieved after 30 days were nearly six times higher for the inferior Minmatar craft likewise the complaints per 100 jump gate activations were nine times more prevelent with the Minmatar built ships.
The makeup of these complaints also tells us alot about the overall quality of the Minmatar factory quality control methodology. The most common complaint relating to Amarr ships was breakdown at 6%. Other faults barely measured with the Armor dissatisfaction rating below 1% total. The Minmatar built vessels on the other hand were examples of inferior design and poor quality. Compalints of breakdown (61%) and build quality (49%) dogged the heathen built warships while structural integrity complaints were made by over 70% of all purchasers.
The Amarr often joke about the need of "duct tape" with Minmatar vessels...... apparently this is NO JOKE!!!
Perhaps the most telling statistic is the overall "Customer Satisfaction" number with the Amarr rating over 98% satisfaction. The Minmatar barely hit 50% satisfaction in customer service. Given the propensity to violence and threats of the average Minmatar heathen it's no surprise those genetic traits have carried over even into their industrial community. One can almost picture a customer flying into a service bay with a defective Minmatar built ship only to be told to "get out" at gunpoint by some violence prone boostered up Minmatar "customer service agent" from one of these inferior shipyards. After all when violence is inbred this is the type of "customer service" you receive.
Overall satisfaction can be rated as "excellent" for the Amarr built ships and "poor" for the Minmatar built ships. Clearly the trend of the Minmatar to hide their quality control data under the guise of "internal communications" was established not for privacy but to protect their already inferior reptuation as builders. But it is our duty to bring you the truth and that is what we do here with this impartial study.
The Society offers up this impartial evaluation of Amarr and Minmatar built ships to the general public. Make an informed decision and purchase the best ship you can. Amarr ships, while often more expensive, are long term investments and quality that will retain their value. The build quality and dedication put into every Amarrian vessel is a testament to the duty we share as Amarr Industrialists. We build for God not ourselves. Building the future one ship at a time.
Thank you.

When I first saw these reports I wasn't in the least suprised. For almost a year now Epitoth has produced some of the finest engineering available and I have had nothing but good feedback from our customers.
My combat reports from the battlefield show many of the Minmatar ships we destroy fitted with salvaging equipment and often with a cargo full of scrap. But I guess they have to get the resources to build their ships from somewhere.
I look forward to seeing more research from yourself Lord LeBlanc.

I have to agree with Admiral Grr on her observations. I too have often encountered haulers in deep space loaded with salvage and scrap material headed in the general direction of Pator and Rens. I believe now what I have seen was actually Minmatar industrial corporations out on missions to locate reusable junk to use in their products.

Marketing trick. I see more and more loyalists flying our "Junkyard" in Providence nowadays. Ashamed of their own shiney vessels, or maybe bored with golden saucer and seeking for exotism... Wonder if they complaint about it. *Chuckle*
