This is an official notice to the Cyrene Initiative that the positive standings that were enjoyed while hunting for Drug Smugglers in Placid is now coming to an end. Although I'm sure you had already reset standings with our corporation, We'd rather not shoot blues, so we're going to reset our standings.

This has been discussed among our members and has been done in response to Cyrene's actions againts Apex and its attitude towards other former comrades in ridding Placid of the Serpentis threat. Truly it is a sad day when a someone one can turn their back on their brothers in arms. Since we are active in the Placid Region we look foward to meeting as many Cyrene members as possible on more personal terms.

You are and were pirates. Even that one time you decided to show up when we were hunting the Serpentis, mysteriously pirate gangs were following or even proceeded our every step. Which never happened while you were not around.
We haven't seen you around Placid so far, but be sure if we see you no quarter will be given.

They'll probably expect more ISK than that when your hulls are on fire and they're demanding a ransom.

And None will be expected. More than once we've not left dock to engage CYI ships in Placid that were mining without proper escort. Such complacency shall no longer be rewarded.
Oh, and about that whole issue with the Pirate gangs: We knew the overall destination to where the operation was going. If we 808 was operating with the intention of intercepting the operation it would have been much easier to have a fleet on the other side of a gate, since we were foolishly jumping without scouting in many cases.
Finally, our corp elected to take care of issues we were having planet side versus assist the Gallente with a problem that they clearly could not handle on their own. We have our priorities and from what you tell by looking at our corporation's standings, the Gallente state is not very high up there on that list.

Didn't one of your pilots jump way ahead of the rather sizable fleet we had and lose his command ship. I mean since the fleet itself was never attacked doesn't it seem odd, if we were indeed looking to ambush you and only one vessel was lost. Sounds like bad fleet command on Cyrene's part to me.
