Based on a daily ISK transaction of 2.1 trillion a day, and based on prevailing ISK-GTC value, this is how much EVE's market economy is worth on a daily basis.
Comparing it with say Second Life, which has a daily transaction value of USD$1.2m.
Comparatively, CCP takes in about USD$3.588m a year from 200,000 subscribers.

Wouldnt $112,125 a day be just shy of 41 million a year?

..or zero USD because you can't properly convert it back out. Well certain people we all hate aside, the bits in the database have only value to CCP, and then only as much as their subscriber base is worth to them. |

LOL it's $112,125 a month for $1,345,500 a year, based on prevailing rate of 280mil ISK for a 30d GTC at USD$14.95. This is EVE's trade GDP.
And yes, it can work that way. All trade GDP is calculated based on the value of the goods traded calculated from prevailing currency exchange rates of the 2 countries trading.
Since there's an official trade mechanism between real-world money and ingame money, in the form of a GTC, ingame GDP can be converted. Don't see it as virtual to real, see it as one economy to another.

One of the many things wrong with what you have said here, is that real money, and ISK are two completely different things.
So, since you like to pretend that in game money is related to real money. If people in Russia decide that it is actually $1 USD to 1 Ruble, that doesn't actually make it true. So in other words, someone saying that X ISK = X dollars doesn't mean anything when X ISK really = Zero dollars.
So in other words, 100 billion ISK is still equal to $0. If you buy a soda for $500, that doesn't mean that soda is worth $500, it just means you're an idiot.

Using to measure ISK value will give you an estimate that is too high. In games like Second Life, the currency value is accurate because people are allowed to freely trade us dollars for game money. In EVE, people are not allowed to freely trade, so anyone who wants to convert EVE ISK to us dollars cannot. This artificially reduces the supply of ISK, thus artifically increasing the price.

I checked out SL for just a very short while, but from what I saw, and I may be wrong, the entire SL economy is, shall we say, consensual. Items you create only have value because you choose not to copy them and give them away. It's completely fiat, no? ----- TANSTAAFL
