This is new.
There appears to be a UI bug on the charsheet/skills tab.
I buy batches of skills at the same station. Then I train each one up a few points so it's in my list. This allows me to not have to dock every 20-30 mins to learn a new skill (among other things, like flying around with a couple million isk worth of skills in my hold).
When I wait a few seconds, and see the first skill at 3/xxx, I'll start a new skill from my hangar. It correctly halts the old skill, and starts the new skill. However, the gui shows both the last skill and the new skill as 0/xxx, there is no blinking on the skill being trained. If I reopen the char sheet, it will show the correct display.
Minor visual bug.

1. A ship with it's armor hardener on flew near me and then suddenly I had the graphic of an armor hardener running on my indy. Gating to a new system stopped the graphic.
2. I am STILL getting the start up error saying I don't have 9.0b direct x. (Of course I do.)
3. When the CTDs occur (I get these 2 or 3 times a day), the client is crashing my OS and I have to reboot because of the Dhhelp and Ddhelp errors. (I have Win98SE)
4. Clicking on bookmarks and removing them doesn't actually remove them. I have to drag them into a container or the station hangar to either jetison them or trash them. (Kinda makes me frustrated. I CTD'd in combat and when I crawled back to recover my remains the bookmark in cargo survived the ships explosion, but not my precious mods.)

Training a new skill does not work. It is added to your character sheet but does not strat to train. You have to rgt-click and select train to lvl 1 yourself.

The autopilot gets confused sometimes, undock from a staion and it will not auto pilot to the correct gate, it just stays there, if I manually try and select the gate to warp to it says that I must not be within 150K's of a target to warp to . It is farther than that, if I warp to a nearby planet then reselect AP it continues.
I get the same docking bugs as previously mentioned

The pop up menu option that used to alternate between toggle on and toggle off, now always says toggle on. Combined with the above problem, I really have not got a clue what is activated or not when I undock.
While in space, the circular HUD that displays is a module is active or not seems to be broken. Just like the yellow/red indicators on the fitting screen, I am flying with one of my miner IIs highlighted inn red, but it still works.
The yellow/red and inflight indicator problem may be limited to the first high slot, I've not noticed it in the other slots yet.
The pop up menu problem appears to be for all ship slots.
This was being a pain prior to the patch too... The whole ship fitting online/offline status of modules seems to be bugged.
Sometimes when I log in all the low slot modules are highlighted red (Off) but they are in fact active (apart from one). I then have to manually go through them all to make sure they are all actually online. This happens everytime I open the fitting screen - which is a pain as I am ana agent runner I often have to remove and add modules depending on cargo size...

Sara, ok to shorten the new text, some of the bugs reported for 1389 that i still found in 1403 are:
- chat window still "eating" downmost 2-3 lines when switching back and forth between different tabbed chat channels. same workaround as back then.. resize, have someone write something or write something yourself when it happens.
- certain hangar/cargo windows still share their position/size. It seems this is different for some people. some reported jettisoned containers share position/size with station items, some reported (including me) it does the same with corp hangar windows. maybe this is somehow depending on if someone has the items merged into station bar.
and a new thing...
GUI -> Typo
- the formerly forgotten 5% bonus to the apoc's cap recharge rate is shown as "5% bonus to ships capacitor capacity rate"

Ctrl-clicking to select/deselect objects in your cargo hold doesn't work properly. For instance, Ctrl-clicking one object can often deselect everything else selected.

Hi,
another issue from the 1389 thread that is still evident:
Space and Navigation
- activating afterburners or microwarpdrives while you just undock a station still either makes you bump back and forth (in "tight" hangars), fly through the stations wall sideways (e.g. lai dai corp stations in airkio) or give your ship a strange boost in speed.

Gigantic lag when fighting 3 low level rats in an agent mission. Missiles are approaching, they are at about 8km, then in next moment they are at 10-12 km, in next moment they are at 4 km and so on. Man was I happy I wasn't fighting Elena or Schmidt :)
I can confirm the docking problem, was not so bad when i approached at slow speed, but couldn't dock when approaching with AB+MWD running (previously ship would pass through the station and then you would dock, now it just got stuck).

There have been reports of certain station types that are too tight for bigger ships like industrials to undock from without bouncing off walls; if anyone has any further details on this, please post the station type and location (i.e. Caldari Station 3). The undocking zone is probably too close. ______________

Already been mentioned I know, but same for me:
Shield Hardener graphical effect not cancelling when turned off.
Autodocking causes ship to "bounce" - its not just larger ships either, it does it on my Blackbird too.

Jump in point for mission to retreive something from a large Collidable Object in Alperaute, Espique, Kennink and Reynire is not correct anymore, if you jump to mission bookmark you will jump about 100km from object and not 15km anymore.

Weapon and module sounds have now vanished. UI sounds and warp noise etc still work. This makes it impossible to hear if you are being shot or still shooting etc

Medium Smart Boms aren't listed in browse by groups and If I put "Medium Smart Bomb" in search I get empty list. When I have Medium smart bomb in hangar I can access this comodity by using "Advanced Market Info" choice.

Reloading launchers, any launcher, with any rocket, missile or torp, message reads...
reloading will take 10 seconds to reload torpedos ,

Display Bug
When training skills, completion popup displays incorrect level of skill.
Example: You finish training Drones Lvl 1. Popup says: Training of Drones Lvl 2 completed.
The evemail's right, and the character sheet's right, but the little dialog isn't. Only annoying when it says Surgical Strike 5 completed.
It wasn't, of course

a "bug" introduced just a few patches ago (it worked a while back)...
User Interface -> Other
- In certain windows you can only increase/decrease the AMOUNT with your mousewheel in steps of 2. You can only set either odd or even amounts by wheel, therefor only odd amounts can be set by default without using the keyboard as it always starts with 1. This does not affect e.g. the amount of research or production runs, but it affects e.g. buy/sell orders or item transfers. Not sure if it might be a driver specific issue, but it used to work with my logitech mx700 and now it only works like described here.

Both Factories and Labs still have the bug where if you hit the enter key after entering the number of items/cycle it just closes the dialog instantly.
This bug has been around for ages.

Lag spikes have been appearing since the patch. As it was our entire hunting team from seperate parts of the world seeing it at the same time it points to it being server related or network close to the server.
Generally it does seem improved except for these spikes... I had a screen freeze for about 20-30 seconds that caused me to lose my Raven. Not bothered about the ship loss but I am bothered about the spikes.

Raised in other forum threads, but not that I can see in this thread:
NPCs: - NPCs can in some cases shoot you from 100,000's+ Km away
Cargo?: - cans *sometimes* aren't opening even when in range, "you must be within 1500" even when you already are. Usual works by the time you get to 0m range. (same issue as docking, and inability to mine sometimes when in range I wonder??)
Combat: Missles and Rockets still seem to cause real Splash damage, not just messages about it.

Cargo can opening distance warning when stooding by the can.
Lag ,heavy spikes of lag.
Hardener bubble effect turns on and off with module in autorun - the damage is correct however. Turn module off and the bubble effect stays until docking or changing system. Bubble can stick to another player's ship.
Warp tunnel effect blinks when looking front to back.
Docking has to be made manually.

Im getting MAJOR bug in market buy/sell orders....
When placing the orders, the UI will not accept anything else but whole numbers - for mineral and ore traders this is a damn disaster 
Apparently typing your desired number in another window then pasting it into the order box works, but c'monnnn....
Please please sort asap
