I honestly don't remember the last time I ate at McDonald's. I'm sure I could check my medical insurance claim history if I really want to know. |

Well knock me over with a feather. Nightly business Report is stating that unless you live in Pittsburgh and one other market ( I didn't catch it)....... ..............you have not had Heinz Ketchup in a MCDonald's in years . And the overseas McDonalds that do use it still, that Heinz is a different animal altogether apparently from American.

But really the scary thing about the NSA nonsense (btw the 60,000,000 interceptions in Spain is all they are admitting to ...and that was only for 60 days !)..........
.....is that they just literally seem to be scooping up everything, without any kind of plan or intended purposes, and nobody can seem to figure out just who is responsible for the scope and what entity is keeping some kind of watch on the whole thing.
It's actually getting scarier and worse, the more we find out. "He has mounted his hind-legs, and blown crass vapidities through the bowel of his neck."-á - Ambrose Bierce on Oscar Wilde's Lecture in San Francisco 1882 |

Has anyone seriously been hankering to see a major motion biopic of John Belushi ?
Genius, yes, but short-lived career, not really any known extraneous stories at all to tell outside of his films and SNL, and a horrifying and sudden tragic end that meant nothing, much less anything profound to wrap up a film about it.
Hollywood thinks so. And apparently Emile Hirsch is gonna blow mashed potatoes out of his mouth like a popped zit. "He has mounted his hind-legs, and blown crass vapidities through the bowel of his neck."-á - Ambrose Bierce on Oscar Wilde's Lecture in San Francisco 1882 |

__________
And Neill Blomkamp ("District 9", the mis-fired "Elysium") is gonna try his hand at a sci-fi comedy (uh-oh). Called "Chappie":
"Tells the story of a robot imbued with artificial intelligence who is stolen by two local gangsters who want to use him for their own nefarious purposes. The film will star Sharlto Copley as the voice of Chappie, with Ninja and Yolandi Visser, voices of the South African Zef counter-culture movement, Hugh Jackman, and members of rap-rave duo Die Antwoord, as the two gangsters."
I shall remain skeptical.......even though today they indeed did cast Sigourney Weaver.
Heh, Sci-Fi alone is hard enough to get right. |

It's just unexplainable sometimes.
Audio: Former Redskins player Dexter Manley calls Troy Aikman a gay slur
"When asked by a host if AikmanGÇÖs presence was bad luck for the Redskins, Manley said that he thought Aikman was a GÇ£*****.GÇ¥ The WTOP hosts immediately insisted that Manley apologize on the air, which he did reluctantly after initially declining."
Waiter gets anti-gay message instead of tip
And that was just a quick casual search covering yesterday and today. I'm sure there are many others. "He has mounted his hind-legs, and blown crass vapidities through the bowel of his neck."-á - Ambrose Bierce on Oscar Wilde's Lecture in San Francisco 1882 |

Well, it's been a long damn day. Went to the hospital to meet with dads doctors.
It appears that his pancreatic cancer has spread to his lymph nodes. Six weeks ago at the last scan, it hadn't spread. Surgery three weeks ago, unsure. Now, it is definate.
So, dad will undergo the most radical chemo in the hopes of putting it into remission. He will never be cured. IF he does nothing, the doctor hummed that he would be lucky to have 6 months. Well, this is life. With the chemo their looking at, he has maybe a 40% chance.
Sorry for dumping this on you guys. I just needed to unload.
@Zim, my best wishes and thoughts go out to your dad as well. Good luck to him on the surgery.
